  1. I don't believe any date has been set.
  2. Possibly the update you've all been waiting for!
  3. More episode summaries added to 1991 today.
  4. Mors Short Episode Summaries added today for 1991. We've now got 2392 Episode Summaries (of some length) on the site, which those with a brain for numbers will recognise the significance of.
  5. I think it's the snow.
  6. More Episode Summaries uploaded.
  7. More Episodes Summaries upaded in 2008 Episodes page. There should now be a long summary and short summary added for each episode throughout last season.
  8. 85 Episode Summaries have been added to 2008.
  9. What size is the file you've downloaded?
  10. http://backtothebay.net/features/2008-in-review.shtml A review of 2008 has been added to the site.
  11. Lynne had a 60 episode guest stint at the same time that Bobby was on the show. At the time, I guess Irene was only going to be a short lived character and Bobby was just about to be killed off so whilst they probably no doubt had scenes I doubt they did anything overly deep.
  12. It was mentioned when at Sally's first wedding that I believe she had given birth, but that the child wasn't well. EDIT Episode 2853
  13. Thanks Homeandawayxoxo, my favourite has always been the 2000 one. It was the episode that got me into Home and Away, though I do always believe they missed a trick and should have killed off Shauna. How dramatic and heart-wrenching would that have been. Believing there was only three people in the building they stop after finding Ailsa and it's not until Ailsa comes around an episode or so later that she reveals Shauna was left for dead in the ruins of the house.
  14. A look back at the Olympic Cliffhangers has been added to Reference.
  15. I think it comes from the days when post counts were used to decide up on requesting ability amongst everything, and so and at that times it was decided that posts in certain forums would count towards post counts. At that point, the C&A was a spamfest, so it was decided that posts in those forums don't count towards your post count. Basically it was to stop people getting "rewards" by solely posting ****e. Now they've changed the C&A it's eliminated the rubbish in that forum to a certain degree, it could be worthwhile flicking the post count switch to let them count, though once you've made a handful of posts, I don't believe there's any considerable advantage of having more posts.
  16. A couple more updates today.
  17. The return of the "This Month Then" feature. Let's hope I can actually keep it up this time!
  18. A few more Episode Summaries added in 1989 and Deaths Updated. I have a feeling a few minor characters from the past few years are missing, but my memory is patchy, so if you think we've missed a few characters PM me and I'll discretely add them in. If we've missed too many out, it might make a whole update in it's own!
  19. Joe Morton Character Profile
  20. First update of 2009, the Frank Morgan profile is updated.
  21. Some more episode reviews added to 1989.
  22. http://www.backtothebay.com/forum/index.php?showforum=103 If you started a thread in that forum and put the links in your thread whenever you upload a clip, would be my best guess.
  23. Personally she appeared to have so much promise during 2006 and now I just find her so mediocre. It reminds me of normal day in Scotland - sunny, but then the cloud comes in and we get drizzle. Actually, that's not quite true, it drizzles all day in Scotland. There is strong storylining potential there and perhaps it's the intital gleem naturally wearing off, but, ah, well.
  24. I've always liked the odd teenage love story, you know, between the child friends age, but before the age about 17 or so, when you come of age and everything becomes a bit more serious. Sweet, harmless, perhaps not particularly interesting, but it gives the characters some happiness every now and again. I've just finished watching The Wonder Years on ITV 3 and whilst Jai and Annie aren't a scratch on Kevin and Winnie, it's the kind of young love storyline I'm talking about. (Winvin? Kennie?) It would be nice if they had found their "soulmates" young and they go through their time on the show together and they leave/marry at the end of. I actually believe that writers put too much time into make their popular pairings too tumultuous - not that I'd put "Jannie" at that level yet.
  25. Perhaps not the best smiley to choose!!
