  1. Heylo....glad I'm not the only one who's had a *fun* day...
  2. Sono qui! Sorry, I've just finished the last word of my Italian essay, so am feeling all Italian-ified! What're you up to?
  3. Jess, you seriously have to continue this! I've just read it, and it's amazing. Yes, I know I'm one to talk, not having updated my fic. since July or whatever, but mine is no where near as high a standard as yours! I seriously hope you can get your inspiration back, or whatever.
  4. Yeah, Amy...maybe just set yourself a mental deadline, even if it's not the actual one that's required by the comp. or whatever. Write it and stick it on a Post-It note in your house, or on your calendar or whatever...and, I never thought I'd say it, but treat it like a piece of English coursework!
  5. My sister plays the drums....they make the whole house shake...luckily we don't have neighbours!
  6. I know the feeling, Amy. I've been writing a fic. for way too long now, and I kinda got writer's block at one point, so I went and wrote the end. I'm kinda proud of the final chapter, but can't seem to be able to get from my current place in the plot to a place where I can stick the ending in. It's so damn frustrating!
  7. I'm heeeeere too....
  8. Glad it was good, 'Cio. Yeah, they're so security-conscious these days, especially in London.
  9. Oooohh...where abouts in London do you live, Jo? I don't live there, but I go pretty often and I love it, too!
  10. How was the Tate Modern, DreamerCio? (That's where you went, right?)
  11. ^^ Ooohh...wow, karate! My Mum and Dad are black and brown belts, respectively, in ju-jit-su (dunno how you spell it!). We could never be pursuaded to take up martial arts though, much to their disappointment! Everyone sounds like they're doing a good bunch of subjects...I'm taking Biology, English Literature, Italian, Philosophy&Ethics and General Studies. Everything, with the exception of Italian, seems so much harder than it was at GCSE...I'm so scared!
  12. LOL! Told you I was slow... Anyways, great updates, per usual.
  13. Ray Meagher? Yes, I know, I'm slow...
  14. Sixth form is actually 2 years, it's when you do your A-levels. It's strange how they call it sixth form, because the years below it aren't called fifth form, fourth forrm etc. so it seems a bit odd! You go from year 7 through to year 11, then you're in Sixth Form, why don't they just call it year 12 and year 13? In my sixth form they called year 12 "Lower Sixth" and year 13 was "Upper Sixth", but it still seems silly. They are, aren't they? First year, second year, third year etc? Yeah, we have Upper and Lower Sixth, but we also have first, second, third, fourth and fifth year, so it kinda makes sense.
  15. You have to work that long even though you're ill? I know the cafe's new and stuff and so you need to get it through the first year, but won't it just make you feel even worse? I hope you're OK soon...*hugs Mar*
  16. Cal, what have I told you about laughing at the misfortunes of others??! It was a seriously boring night - we basically went over so that Grandad could teach Dad how to play cricket. His company (they make cats for cars - and no, not the furry animals ) are playing against Wedgwood (the pottery giants) on Sunday, so he felt he ought to get some practice in, considering he hasn't played for about 30 years. I literally nearly fell asleep...I could feel my eyes going every now and then. Awww, Merc! Get better soon..*sends huggles*
  17. Awwww....Cal! *bursts into song* #Always look on the bright side of life...la, la, la# No more pressure to do homework or go to school for a while! But seriously, get better soon!
  18. Hey, stranger! Glad you're having a good holiday....speak soon!
  19. Hey, guys!
  20. ^^ Hey, Natasha! Nope, I don't watch Two Twisted, don't think that I've ever heard of it, actually!
  21. It was so funny, a lot better than I expected it to be, considering we just picked a random film that looked vaguely as though it could be interesting!
  22. Lol...sorry....I didn't mean that I wasn't old enough to get in, but it just didn't happen to be showing when we wanted it to be....I have a feeling it's a 12, so I would hope I'd get in the grounds of age! I'm 16!
  23. Sorry, hun! Come on MSN!
  24. Hey, Penie.
  25. Unfortunately I couldn't get in to see Stormbreaker today at the cinema, so we saw John Tucker Must Die, instead. I have to say, I thought it was a hilarious film! I recognise the guy who plays the title role....just not sure where from though. Edit: The guy is Jesse Metcalfe from 'Desperate Housewives'...the hunky gardener....it so doesn't look like him in the film!
