Liam continues lifting money from the till. Romeo gives Casey a job at the gym. April worries she’s pushed Dex into going back to uni too soon, but Dex is angry that April doesn’t believe in him.
Extended Summary
Kyle confronts Liam about stealing from Angelo’s – this is why they’re in the red. Liam is angry, pointing out that he’s paid his dues at Angelo’s while the brothers have dropped the ball. Kyle doesn’t care – Liam should take it up with Brax, not steal! Kyle and Brax fight over Angelo’s, and Kyle reveals that he’s worried about the upcoming case – he’s only got legal aid and he’s worried he’ll end up in gaol. Casey tells Brax that he’s not going to testify against Kyle since he helped out with Tamara’s ex. Casey feels it’s time to move on. Kyle is grateful, but is still concerned about Tamara testifying.
Kyle is also torn between his brothers and Liam when Brax notices the missing money. Liam is relieved that Kyle didn’t tell Brax about his lifting from the till, but Kyle warns him not to do it again. Liam promises he won’t, but can’t help taking more money when nobody is around.
Romeo learns that Casey wants to move in with Tamara, so offers him a part-time job at the gym, even though Indi is not on board with the idea. Casey is delighted, but Romeo stresses how much responsibility it is. Indi concedes that it’s okay if Casey works there, and she’s glad Romeo is being assertive. When Casey thanks her she admits her concerns to him, but welcomes him to the team regardless.
Dex is stressed about starting university again, and April thinks she has pushed him back into it too soon after the accident. Dex complains to Sasha about his timetable – it seems impossible that he’ll get all of his tutorials without them clashing. April is so worried that she goes to Sasha, who assures her that the timetable is stressful for everyone, not just Dex. April’s fears are not allayed. As the stress builds, April uses Sid as an excuse for Dex to bow out of uni. Dex is furious, believing April has no faith in him.
