I'm sure they would, maybe not at first but later on.

I really like both characters but I like Hannah bit better. She had more dramatic edge to her whereas Tori is too much 100% Miss Saint version of Hannah. I can see why people would think Tori is more likeable but that's because they gave Hannah more flaws. That's why I feel I know Hannah more because she not always 100% perfect like everyone else whereas with Tori they made her to much to be 100% perfect.  

But having said that both characters are very similar being very nice caring young lady's and with medical careers and family comes first. The actresses both seem to have the same way about their acting style and kind look alike too.
