The Herald Sun reports that the couple's first child was delivered in a Melbourne hospital on Monday. A statement from the X Factor judge's representatives confirmed the new arrival. It reads: "Kris Smith and Dannii Minogue are thrilled to announce the arrival of Ethan Edward Smith on 5th July 2010. "Mother and baby are doing well and Dad is very proud. They request their privacy at this special time to adjust as new parents." The new mum's sister Kylie will reportedly travel back to meet her new nephew later this month.
