It's mostly about him wandering around various places complaining about "Where's the generousity gone?" saying things like "Why do you have to pay for corkage on a bottle that doesn't have a cork? And why do they only fill up chip packets half way?" He also passes a busker with a guitar and says "Surely this guys worth more than a few cents..." or something like that... And the guy follows him around with the guitar, singing everything that rodger says. It's fun
