She is the young resident of the street with cancer who most of us thought was Zeke. She needs a bone marrow transplant but Dylan cant donate because of his medical problem. Stingray steps in and agrees to donate. There has also been suggestions that Stingray will die during the transplant, so in other words, dies for his niece.
