I don't know if this works on Elements but have a go anyway. Okay first you need to open the image-pack brush, then you go to edit, scroll down to "define brush". Then a little box will pop up call "Brush Name". You should then rename the brush to whatever you want but make sure that you save it in abr format not jpg.
