This is my first real avatar, I'm completely useless at photoshop! It took me literally 3 hours to do, and this is the best I have come up with!

Well everyone has to start somewhere... And I recon that you have done a great job with anyways... I will be lucky if my first avvie looks that good.. Honestly Elise, that is great for a first attempt...

Awww, thanks! Personally, I don't think it is better than the others, but it is pretty good considering I'm no good at photoshop! ;)

Just thought I'd let you know though, images in signatures here are not allowed, so I'd take it down before the mods remove it.

One tip though....try cropping it always to a size of 100x100.

Its great for your first go... Im going to make a new one for myself in photoshop tommorow hopefully... I dont like mine very much I didnt do it in photoshop though.

It's really, really nice Elise, but it needs resizing to 100x100 px to stop the picture from being 'squashed' when used.
