As much as I hate the character (which is completely down to the idiotic writers for creating this pointless character), I do believe Cassie Howarth is a good actress. She's likely to be on a 3/3 and a half year contract as most of the cast are (apart from the longstanding ones), but I think she should leave ASAP.

Ada Nicodemou CAN act, when she's given a decent storyline that is. Her acting in the aftermath of Dan's death was amazing. I never really liked Leah at first but she has warmed to me over the years. She portrays an over-protective mother realistically - I loved the little storyline she got last year when VJ went missing, she felt completely helpless and was lashing out at her closest friends. Long live Leah!

I remember reading an interview with Cornelia during the era her character and Ross were together. She said something along the lines of asking the producer/script-writers to bring in a love interest for Morag, even suggesting David Downer to come in and play Ross. They clearly accepted Cornelia's request, but the writing was terrible.

Given there have been rumours that Dan Bennett has returned to Home and Away, this could be hopeful news of a Morag return. Cornelia and Dan are great friends. Dan definitely used Cornelia's character, Morag, to her full potential during Dan's Home and Away era. We'll most probably won't see Morag just yet. I believe a new storyline including Alf and Roo needs to develop in order to see an entrance for Morag. Alf and Roo are the only 2 current characters that Morag has proper connections with. It'd be awesome if Colleen and Celia could also return but I doubt it would work with focusing on each characters stories. Unless Morag was to return with Martha or Fisher or Ruby, etc, could potentially work. So in conclusion, I'd give another year tops to let Dan Bennett turn Home and Away around. Get rid of all these beautiful faces and sexy bodies and inject some proper "Home and Away", family orientated drama into the show then we could potentially see Morag in 2016?? If this doesn't work. I guess we could just wait till 2018 for Home and Away's 30th and HOPE that it has changed itself around by then and brings back legendary characters for the anniversary -- including our very own Morag. Cornelia's son Lawrence posted a picture on instagram of them both on Christmas Eve, he commented "If I could give her a Christmas gift it would be to be back on Home and Away. She so gently mentioned that this eve"...

I really did enjoy Sonia Todd's character, Gina. I could see so many similarities between her and Clarissa House's character, Beth Hunter. I loved her little family unit she created - such a shame Brendan, Hugo, Tony, Rachel, etc, didn't come back for her funeral. Glad the writers still mention her from time-to-time and not completely forgotten her.

I truly believe Cornelia Frances would return to Home and Away at any time when asked. She'd be crazy to rule out a return appearance. I do believe it's down to either Lucy Addario (Producer) or Louise Bowes (Script Producer)/the current writing team. Most likely to be Lucy as people have mentioned this before - Lucy came in then Morag pretty much became a background character. It'll be nearly 2 years soon without Morag... I really do hope this won't continue. I wonder how long Lucy will be with the show? She has certainly made it very youth orientated/the Braxton show. Home and Away was much better when Camron Welsh (a good friend of Cornelia by the way) was the producer of the show till he left in 2012. I do know that Cornelia was involved in the AOP (Australian Orangutan Project) a fair bit last year but this year she has done nothing within the media... BRING BACK MORAG!

Morag is long overdue a visit back to the Bay! I never understood why she wasn't brought back when Roo was seriously ill in hospital earlier this year after contracting a virus in South America. She was in hospital a while and really was expecting Morag to return to support Alf. The fabulous Cornelia Frances is just SO underrated.
