Yep! I was in Melbourne in December and it was wet and cold the entire time!
That December was one of the most disgusting I've ever experienced, what a disgrace it was. Makes me wanna puke just thinking about it...
But generally, summers aren't particularly warm here anyway
And here the ugly forecast:
thu ....... 11/17.....depressing with patchy misery
fri .......... 9/16.....isolated pain clearing later
sat ........ 9/16......cloudy yet again
sun.........9/15......windespread death sentance
mon........7/14......crap, done medium rare
tue.........7/15......isolated showers with depression for dessert
wed........8/13......death is near
Melbourne style
i wish we'd get thunderstorms, but here in Melbourne such a thing does not occur because our climate is so CRAP
and the usual crappy overcast drizzle and misery here once agian...
13C currently at 2:50am and overcast here in dismal Melbourne
23ºC in Cairns, Australia currently, where I spent the last week, and 25ºC at Green Island, a tiny rainforest island paradise surrounded by coral just 27km offshore from Cairns... where I also spent a couple of days. I want to go back
windy with cold devastation, 16 degrees at 11:25pm, which might actually be mild for this time of year but that antarctic wind makes it feel 1000 degrees colder
