I liked the way that you used Jack and Martha as a way of Ava understanding what is going on between Angelo and Charlie, I thought that was nicely done. Wow I sure wouldnt like to be on the wrong side of Ruby. Im glad that she shouted at Angelo, and least now she knows that Shelly knew he was married. Ha Shelly got knocked down a peg or two by Ruby. I would have done more than slapped her if that was me. I like that Alf offered Angelo a place to stay, I like their friendship on the show so Its good you have included it in your fic as well. As for Angelo, he needs to realise that it isn't just about him being sorry, but it's about Charlie being ready to forgive.. men! I love reading about the special moments between Charlie and her, esp the tickling part. I loved the way Ruby defended her mum and slapped that stupid woman! Angelo'd better not call her, not that I think he would as he knows how much he's messed up. More please. Quote

And Ava, remembering the promise her mum made her the time Charlie and Angelo were fighting, I'm glad she doesn't want him to move out. The High School Musical bit was sweet, Charlie is being so brave for the kids, I really admire her for that. I understand why Ruby is so mad at Angelo, and I'm sure Alf was so gobsmacked , it was totally unexpected cos he loves Charlie so much I can't help but feel a little sorry for him. And that slut who appeared, ooh I could kill her! Loved the slap, she deserved far worse. I love how Ruby was sticking up for Charlie, Charlie has been through a lot to keep the baby she doesn't want, and she needs to look after herself well or she could lose it I'm glad Angelo has somewhere to stay but I hope Alf doesn't end up getting caught up in it all. I just want them to work things out, but I don't think any of Charlie's actions were wrong. Loved the update! Quote

twinkletoesjess Posted July 22, 2010 Author Report Posted July 22, 2010 Really liked this update, Im sure I say that about everyone but hey its true. The whole chapter was written really well. I like that Angelo is still being able to see Ava and Ben and that they dont seem to have been too affected by the split. I really do love the way you write the Charlie and Ruby mother daughter relationship, The way that Ruby is there for Charlie and sticking up for her is really nice. Charlies reaction to Ruby slapping the slut made me laugh, Ruby really should have hit her a little bit harder I really liked that last scene, I liked that Ruby was coming around a little bit about Angelo. I liked that Ruby mentioned Charlie raising Callum for four months. I really liked how she found out about the termination and tried to talk her out of it by telling her she will never be left alone to raise him/her. I loved that she realised that Charlies motive for the termination might be selfish reasons and that she tried to talk her out of it and make her see she might regret it. Im glad she started to phone Angelo at the end hopefully he will get there before anything happens. Looking forward to your next update Quote
