Type of strory: long fic Genre: drama/thriller Starring: regulars + 2 new characters Tess and Charlie Spoilers: no Rating: A Warnings: language violence/death Plot: Two strangers arrive in town hiding something which gets locals curious CHAPTER 1 "Ok, look at me" the young woman in her late twenties or early thirties said sitting in the car looking at the teenage boy "I'm gonna be your mother ok. if i play another character it looks sus" she said waiting for him to respond "Can't we just go to yhe police?" he reponded She sighed "We've been over this" "It was self defence, plus the're gonna be lookin' for us" "And they wont find us. Trust me. Do you trust me" "What ever" "Ok fine what are our names?" "What i get to make a decision?" "Come up with them, i'll get i.d's tomorrows" "Tess and Charlie Bell" he said after thinking for ages "Ok, let the new life begin" They got out of the car and walked in the new peerside diner. "Wow" Tess said looking around "I'm gonna go use that den thing. And see if the've found them yet" Tess told him "Ok i'll get something to eat" Charlie said walking up to the counter "Hey what can i get ya" I rene asked him "Two choc milkshakes and a banana muffin" "Sure" she replied "Oh heaven sake" Colleen yelled out. "What?" Irene asked making the milkshakes "Blood was found all over a fishing boat new town. Someone's murdering people" Colleen continued. Aren't you a little concerned what they might have found?" Charlie told her. "Blood, now stop worrying, the body is obviously gone. And the others didn't stay around.Which means were safe for now" "For now" Charlie said angrily as he got out of the car and slammed the door. "Oh hello, you must be Teresa" a real estate man said "Please call me Tess" she replied shaking her hand. "And this is..." she said refering to Charlie "This is my son Charlie" she sais putting her arm around him "Oh" the man said Tess smiled "Yes i was young a rebelious" she told the man "What's it to you anyway" Charlie said rudly while starring at her "Hey, don't be rude" Tess whispered "He was judging" he whispered back "Well this is an amazing house. You are going to love it" the real estate man said unlocking and opening the door. "Can we afford this?" Charlie asked Tess "No, but leave the talking to me" Tess replied shutting him up "So what do Ms Bell?" "Ah i'm a school teacher" Tess quickly lied. "Oh great there's a position going at highschool" "Great" Tess said smiling "So, do you like the house?" "I do, but i'll" Tess said walking over to the man and whispered in his ear Charlie saw the man's jaw drop "I'll wait in the car" he told them walking out. standbyme Posted April 16, 2008 Report Share Posted April 16, 2008 CHAPTER 3 Charlie walked along the path to his house after his first day at school looking behind him just about every 2 minutes "Hi" Belle as he bumped into her "Sorry i didn't mean to scare you" she apologized "Trust me it wasn't you" he told her "So your names Charlie right" Belle asked. "Yeah why" "So where'd you live before Summer Bay?" sh said "Brazil, why are you asking me all these questions" "Just curious" "Yeah well you know what curiousity did to the cat. And i'm sure it happened to more cats than one" She looked at him. "Sorry" he said "Mum and i like privacy. What we do or what we've is no one else's business" he told her. "So do ya wanna hang out sometime" sh said flirtingly He took a deep breath. AThere was a letter with messy handwritting on the enverlope. She opened the letter to find "I know who you are and what you did for that boy. Stay away from him or he will betray you" written on it She frowed and then quickly put it in her pocket when she heard the door open. "Hey, what's wrong?" Charlie asked her "Nothing i was just thinking about something" "Thinking about what?" "That if i go down, you're coming down with me" "What, you think i'm gonna sell you out.What kind of person do you think i..." Charlie stoped in mid sentance. "Sorry, scratch that" he told her "I just thought i don't know you that well" "Katy, look at me" he said staring into her eyes "I love you. I wouldn't sell you out". He got up to walk away away. "Hey" Belle called "Hey, ah Belle" he paused for a minute trying to remember her name "Wanna go for a swim?" she asked "I'd love to but i gotta meet someone" Charlie told her. "Who?" she asked confused about who he would have to meet in this town. "It's pernonal" he fished thier conversation She watched him walk for a bit and then got in her car and followed. When he reached Stewarts point a dark headed slutty woman was standing. "Shoulda known it was you. What do you want?" "Daniel Daniel Daniel, that's no way to talk to a lady". the woman replied. Belle listened to their conversation in the distance. "I don't have time for this bull****" he told her "Look you pay me $400,000, or i go to the cops and tell them who you really. And what you did" she threatened "Are you blackmailing me?" he asked "You can call it whatever you like. But the cards are on the table Daniel. Don't force me to do some you'll regret" "You bitch" he yeleed at her "Oh and i think you're girlfriend is a little paranoid about you". "Leave her out of this" "Hey i'm not gonna do anything if you give me my money. Just consider it as a welcome to the neighbourhood suggestion" She smiled and kissed him "Us locals like to think we're safe now and knowing there's two murderers living among them would be hell. So just keep that in mind. i'm not kidding my little sexy boy" shesaid tapping him on the side of the face a couple of times. Belle heard every word.
