I don't think shes with Home and Away because shes afraid of change i think she honestly loves working on the show and loves her character Sally. I don't think she is afraid to leave but she has commented that H&A is her "safety bubble" and the reason she did It Takes Two was to try and break out of that. I think she is ready to start experiencing different things and get out of her safety zone so in the next few years we will probably see her start to take extended breaks from the show to do other things, but she'll always come back I reckon. She must be 27, since she started when she was 8 and it's now 19 years ago (20 in Jan?) Kate Ritchie was born in 1978, she's actually a couple of years older than Sally.
