I have really enjoyed the big brother taking his troubled sister under his wing storyline’s in recent years.

My favourite one was Matt and Eloise as it showed great character development with Matt. Matt started as a troubled bad boy and then later when his sister Eloise arrived just as troubled as Matt was when he  arrived. Matt proved he could be a responsible adult in taking his troubled sister under his wing. Matt leaving with both his sister and new wife was the perfect ending for a character who started as a troubled soul and turned into nicest and most responsible young man in town.

Colby and Bella-Colby forever protected Bella even if meant getting on the wrong of side of the law. Later it was so heartbreaking when Colby sacrificed ever seeing  Bella again or  at least for long time . He didn't want Bella to have to see him prison again and knew it would be hard for her mental health seeing him in prison possibly for decades.

Cash and Flick-Flick obviously wasn’t a teenager like Bella and Eloise were but Flick was still very troubled and immature on her arrival. She has since got her feet on the ground with Cash's help.
