Oh, you watched 'Out of the Blue' too? I LOVED that series. I'm glad Samara and Shane Withington, plus lots of the other Out of the Blue actors, got jobs in Home and Away e.g. Hugo/Bernard.

I actually thought "Out Of The Blue" was better than 95% of the stuff that H&A has come up with recently. It didn't feel like a soap and in fact was more in line with the dramas we have here in America. I also thought they were to be commended on the fact that they basically put together a cast that wasn't a bunch of ex H&A or Neighbours stars. They had some good talent on there with Sophie Katinis, Charlotte Gregg, Clayton Watson, Shane Withington, Daisy Betts etc. Then they added Samara Weaving to all that who really put the show over the top for me. No idea why they didn't get a second season, I guess the ratings weren't all that great

Yes, I thought OOTB was much better than H&A too. There was a thread on BTTB here, I absolutely loved OOTB, I was so sad when it finished and it should have been continued. Did you see how many of the OOTB actors had bit parts on H&A- Daniel, Gabby, Jarryd, Stephen, Stavva, the little girl, obviously Shane/the policeman and Indi/Samara, ... more than I can name.

I've still got the last episode of OOTB in my recording library, I hung onto it hoping they'd make anohter series :( You really never knew what would happen next, did you?

Sorry about all the initials in this post
