I had to get the bus home from my college last night & there was a girl on the bus who was totally drunk (& lively) because it was St Patrick's Day. & it was GUINNESS! What did you get up to then? LauraPhilly!! Posted March 21, 2011 Report Posted March 21, 2011 Aww thanks for that Carina! I know that I can always count on you! Well I actually didn't go to any of the parades oddly enough! I just met up with my friends in their place and we planned our sixth year holiday together! It took so much longer than we expected! Loads of my friends went out clubbing and drinking etc but thats not really my scene so i just didnt bother! Lol! She was completely drunk! I see a lot of that on my bus too! Its kinda a dodgy route so you get all sorts of people coming on it! Such odd people come on I always stay near the front of the bus for my own saftey! At least that girl was living it up on St. Paddy's Day! Shame there isn't a shamrock icon I can use! Xxxx

I went to a party on Saturday night & just kept drinking. I wasn't a pretty sight on Sunday though my love. I had the most rotten hangover. Luckily, I didn't throw up or anything but you do pay for having a good night out. Yeah, although I live in a nice place (well, the nicest area anyway) the roue home isn't so nice. So yeah, I always try to sit on my own and near the front too. I don't blame you. xxx
LauraPhilly!! Posted March 21, 2011 Report Posted March 21, 2011 Omg you got hammered! Carina, that is just shocking! Nah I'm just kidding, I enjoy the social evening too! I'm not like some of the girls in my years though! So of them just go out drinking every single weekend, and then come into school on the Monday and still look hungover! I've had my fair share of hangovers and they are not pretty, so I know exactly how you feel! I think though it's so funny how Paddys Day has exploded into like a mulit-country celebration day! They celebrate Paddy's Day practically everywhere nowadays! I'd love to go to Dublin or New York some time for Paddy's Day! It's probably so much better over there than over here! The Americans love to feel like they're Irish! It's quite sweet! xxxx
