JosieTash Posted October 28, 2010 Report Share Posted October 28, 2010 My UNOFFICIAL title for this ep, “ Prelude To A Double Date With A Difference “ [ Screened in Australia on Wed 27 Oct 2010 – Episode # 5193 ] MAIN BEACH April & Xavier speak to John – noting he is looking a bit “run down”. John seems to “pick up” tough when they tell him that Gina will be at tee council meeting today – where John will be putting fwd the bottled water sale plan proposal. SURF CLUB Robert & Graves are interviewing Maz – with Charlie there too. Maz isn’t keen to elaborate on the unpleasant tings that Penn said to her. Sid arrives – and commit on how intriguing it is of Robert to be conducing an interview here of all places. Maz eventually tell Robert that Penn was ken to “have his way” with her. PIER DINER Gina is annoyed when colleen & then April & Xavier are ken to talk about her ‘ship with John. She insist to April & Xavier t she ISNLT going to the council meeting. COUNCIL CHAMBERS Alf talk to Xavier & April – about how there’s not too big a crowd at the meeting. The chairperson calls the meeting to order. John notes that Gina isn't here yet. SURF CLUB Robert continues to question Maz. He wonders if she ever did a card reading for Peen – she tells him she did. Robert if ken for Maz to do a card reading for him. Robert comments to Charlie bout crimes of passion [i.e. why he was in the Bay last year when Charlie’s rapist was killed]. With the questions over, Sid & Maz bail. SEAPLANE WHARF BEACH Dex is keen to know if Sid asked Graves bout her fave music, but he tells Dex he didn’t get a chance. Sid make it clear at he’s soon not ken on Dex being interested in Graves. POLICE STATION Robert “asks” Charlie & Grave to go through everyone’s statement again – whilst he herds out for a card reading form Maz. PIER DINER Dex is ken to know if Graves will be at the card reading too – but Maz & Sid tell him she won’t be. After Dex bails, Sid tells Maz that he just ha to get this idea [Dex/Graves] out of Dex’s head. COUNCIL CHAMBERS When John is called on to put fwd the bottled water ban plan, he tells the chairperson that he is too unwell to give his proposal speech. John bails – whish esp. shocks April & Xavier. SEAPLANE WHARF Maz tells Sid at she is worried bout this card reading – as Robert seems like t kinda peon who believes in this kind of ting ADMN that Robert often can get ppl to tell him things they don't want to tell him. Maz tells Sid she is going t cancel the card reading. PIER DINER April comet to Xavier bout how small minded ppl can be, i.e. john not putting fwd the proposal just cos Gina wasn’t there. They then tell Gina what occurred. SURF CLUB When Gina confronts John, he tells her that not going ached with the ban proposal is part of his new post hart attack lifestyle – not taking on taking mush stress, whish this ban plan would have been. Gina’s not impressed – and she harshly says goodbye to him as she bails. NEAR BAIT SHOP Maz can’t get out of doing a card reading for Robert and as she does so, he gets her to revel to him THAT dream bout Alf killing Penn. SURF CLUB Xavier talk to John – commenting on how although he doesn’t think he will get anywhere with John, he want to be here long enough to make it look to April he tried to convince John. Xavier also tell John that Gina being mad at him like she was is a clear sign that Gina cares bout John … and john seems surprised when Xavier tell him the council meting is still going [so their’s still a chance to put fwd THAT proposal]. NEAR MAIN BEACH Maz tells Sid bout how she told Robert bout that dream –and how they DEF have to tell Alf. Both admit they kinda suspect that Alf is the one who killed Penn. POLICE STATION Robert is talking to Charlie & Graves when a delivery guy arrives with flowers for Graves. They are from Dex – and although Graves rejects suggestion on the card that she & Dex got out on a date, Robert tells Graves she should go out with Dex. FARM / ROAD Dex is talking to his fish bout how noting will happen tween him & Graves. Dex is ecstatic when Graves [in a cry with Robert besides her] phones him and accepts his invite – on the proviso it’s a double date [with Indi & Romeo]. After the call ends, Dex almost can’t belief what’s just happened – whilst Robert “suggest” to Graves at she should change clothes before the date [as right now she looks like someone who will conducting an interview].
