VERY strange !!! CEMETARY Maz, Nic, Mils, Alf, Sid & Dex all attend Mitzy’s funeral. When it’s over, Alf is intrigue to see Peen also at the cemetery. PET SHOP Adrian [who feeding some rabbits] is intrigued that Dex has turned up in a suit. He tells her he’s been trying to contact her for days – but she hasn’t reponsed. She tells him that she ‘not that keen on being walked out on mid date. She also hopes the suit wasn’t for MacGyver’s funeral – he assures her it’s not. LEAH’S As Charlie & Ruby pack for the upcoming move, Ruby is REALLY keen for Charlie to tea her how to dive. Charley think it’s a bad idea – but does agree Ruby reciting that road rules by heart [with Nic asking tee quseruons] will help. Btw, givnthe tension tween Charlie & Rubes, Nic suggest a Charlie shouldn’t take her gun if she teaches Ruby. DINER Adrian tell Dex that her parents died when she was 12 – and she thought for quite a whilst think it was because she did something wrong [like a kid baling themselves for their parents’ divorce]. Talk turn to why Dex bailed on theri date. He tells Adrian that he thought her needed advice from his sister. Dex wonders if he is forgiven – Adrian’s answer is to kiss him. LEAH’S Ruby is out to impress Charlie with her road riles knowledge – so she answered tee Qs form Nic rather loudly. Talk turns to Maz – with Nic telling Charlie & ruby Sid is helping Maz cope. After Nic bails, Rubes is rally keen for Charlie to teach her – even though Charlie has a manual car [whish rubes hasnklt dives]. Ruby drags Charlie out of the house to teach her. VPH Sid talks to Maz about how she is felling. Maz tells him the only peon she wants to speak to right now isn’t her [Mitzy]. Maz bails. NEAR DINER Chalkie TELLS Ruby that driving is a big resposibility – she equates it to firing a gun. Ruby tat doesn’t get it that [with another comet] when Charlie was trying to make a joke. DINER Dex suggest to Adrian she works in a pet shop as she knows it will be a short term love thing with the animals there – before they go to new home. Adrian is keen to psycho analyse Dex – but want to eat 1st. NEAR DINER Things aren’t going well with ruby and driving a maul car – and she bails form the car mostly cos Charlie is being WAY to calm and encouraging. CEMETARY Penn, at Tulips’ grave, tell his mum he hates her for what she did. He also says he is going to destroy Alf. NEAR DINER Ruby tells Charlie think charley is being weird today – a psysho robot version who’s not acting like the real Charlie. Charlie insists on not being that way anymore – if Rubes try to drive again. DINER Adrian’s analysis of Dex – that he acts strange cos he want to be left alone mostly of the times and think there’s a performance element to that strangeness – cuts too close to the bone. He tells her she way not correct in her asseement, but his actions speak otherwise. Dex bails mid date – again. Btw, also doing this scene, Adrian that she solve the Rubik’s cube puzzle when she was 8. NEAR DINER Rubes continue trod go badly when dealing with a manual car – but she is encouraged when Charlie sternly tells Rubes that she IS going to get this right. Ruby [now that Charlie is being her normal; stern self] is able to get everything right – and start to drives with confidence. VPH Sid talks to Alf – wondering if he’s the right pron to be her for Maz. Alf assures him Maz does need Sid right now. MAIN BEACH Maz is in tears when Sid approaches. Its rainig, so he holds an umbrella over them both. He consoles Maz. SURF CLUB Alf sees Peen and tell him he saw him at gravesite. Alf insist Penn is just a scared little boy, and suggest for Pen to leave town. Miles tries to keep things not too confrontational, but Penn insistvalf wouldn’t threaten Penn if he truly knew Penn – who then bails.
