Peen arrives – with some DVDs to cheer up Nic. After he goes upstairs, Alf tell Mils ta he cantle believe that are letting Peen in tee house again. NEAR SURF CLUB April is WAAAAAAAY annoyed that Xavier tried to blackmail John. She insists that makes them no better that corrupt politicians. She urges Xavier to go back to John and withdraw tee blackmails. SUMMER BAY HIGH After they literally run into each other, Nic tells Miles the worst of tee side affects of tee treatment seem to be over. She also dismisses his suggestion she should see a councillor. LEAH'S HOUSE As Leah sleeps, she calls out “Elijah”. She wakes when her phone rings. She waaaaay apologise to Irene – as Leah has mushly missed the start of her shift. SUMMER BAY HIGH Gina shows Miles that Nic got an F for her latest Economics test. Gina urges Mil to talk to Nic -0 as she doesn’t want Nic to have to repeat Yr 12 AGAIN. SURF CLUB Xavier [in lifeguard equipment area] tells John he is ditching blackmail, but thinks John should put tee proposal to council. John insist there’s powerful interest who will be against this proposal - and as John is telling Xavier this, he say that line that’s my ep title, i.e. “this is real life, it’s not an episode of Scooby doo” NEAR MAIN BEACH Xavier & April talk bout her banning bottled water plan, and Xavier realise that tee best way to get John on side, is by influenncing Gina. PIER DINER Leah, Miles & Colleen are talking about Nic, incl Coleen saying she needs real food – not tee “rabbit food” Maz cooks. Peen arrives – and miles tell him about her troubles at school. SUMMER BAY HIGH Xavier tells Gina he’s had a change of heart bout John – since John seems to be in favour of April’s ban proposal. NEAR MAIN BEACH Nic encounter Peen – and realises almost syatright away that Miles has talk to Peen bout her school sitsh. He tells her he has a surprise for her – but will only tell her if she goes out t9o diner with him tonight. Nic agrees. NEAR PIER DINER April muhsly thanks Xavier [incl kissing him] for his plan. PIER DINER Leah admits to Miles tat she’s pining for Elijah, she wonder if she should write to him, but Coleen insist at it look like a woman is desperate if she make 1st move. SURF CLUB / ANGELO'S RESTAURANT Gina enters and thanks John for mushly consideing Aril’s proposal. John blindsided by that – but as they ascend the stairs to Angelo’s he can see Gina is impressed and goes with it. When they get top tee bar at Anglo’s they note Alf is distracted – Nic & Peen are nearby. Ald is about t bail, so he tell John &* Gina tan someone will be with them shortly. VAN PARK HOUSE Coleen expresses her concerns for both Leah & Nic to Alf & Miles. After she bails, Alf tells Miles he waaaaaay doesn’t trusty Peen. PIER NEAR DINER Nic is in SHOCK when Peen tells her HE planted that needle on the beach!!!! RACHEL'S OLD HOUSE After Gina & John enter, Gina heads off to bed. John talks to Xavier – commenting on how Xavier must be felling pleased with his plan to get to john through Gina. John insist he’ll give the ban proposal some serious though – and put it to council if he believes it to be viable enough. Xavier tells john that as looking john keep Gina happey, he can consider his debt paid.
