Chapter 69: I hope Charlie and Angelo stop fighting, it's not fair on the kids. I wonder what's wrong with Charlie.

Chapter 70: Poor Ruby, she shouldn't blame herself. It isn't her fault Xavier died. Aww, the talk between Ruby and Angelo was lovely. I loved how Ruby called Angelo 'Dad' and how Angelo said Ruby was his daughter just as much as Ava and Peanut are.

Poor Ruby She's going through so much, I'm glad Angelo got it out of her, maybe now she can confide in Charlie about it.

Charlie sighed as she pulled out the chair to the dresser and took a seat. She rested her elbows from it before she rested her head in her hands. After sitting doing nothing for a few minutes, she looked up at herself in the mirror and exhaled. Placing her hand onto her bump she rubbed it gently. “Hey, baby, you awake? Mummy needs your help” The baby responded to Charlie’s voice, and Charlie smiled as felt her baby daughter move inside her. “You see the thing is, Mummy doesn’t really feel happy with Daddy right now and she isn’t sure what she can do to fix things. If she is being honest she really doesn’t know how she feels about….”

“You know they say talking to yourself is the first sign of craziness” Charlie turned her head to find Ruby was standing in the doorway.

“I wasn’t talking to myself” Charlie laughed lightly as Ruby walked further into the room. “I was talking to the baby”

“Okay, so that’s just a little less weird” Ruby said as she raised her eyebrows, before taking a seat at the end of the bed.

“What so you never talked to Cal when you were pregnant?” Charlie asked and Ruby went to speak, but quickly paused.

“Okay, so talking to your baby is completely normal” Ruby said and Charlie laughed lightly.

And Charlie's comment about looking like a beached whale! Bless her, but I loved Angelo's answer to that.

“Hey Charlie” Angelo said as he placed his hand on her chin and gently pushed her head up so she was facing him again. “You don’t look horrible”

“No, I look worse than horrible” Charlie said “I feel like a beached whale”

“Charlie” Angelo said lightly as he cupped his hand around her cheek “You – like always – look gorgeous to me” They smiled at each other for a moment, before Angelo leaned forward and placed soft kiss onto Charlie’s lips before pulling her into a hug. As they stood wrapped in the embrace with the bump between them, they stayed silent and Charlie held onto Angelo tightly as a tear rolled down her cheek

And Ben is just so adorable! I love him!

And I hope Charlie and Ava have a mother daughter chat. I feel so sorry for Ava, and for Charlie.

Can't wait to see what happens!

Really Good Update!!!!

Glad Charlie is starting to open up to Angelo, shame that they got interrupted by the kids when she was just about to tell him whats wrong. Can't wait to find out whats been bothering her.

Ah I had this big long comment and stupid thing decided to delete it.

Loved the changelo bits, especially when Angelo told her she was always gorgeous, I hope Charlie will open up to Angelo now, they have too many distractions but they need to sort things out cos it's all getting too much. The wedding ring scared me a bit until I read her response. The kids were super-cute as usual, especially Ben (I think I secretly want to kidnap him) As for the Ruby bits, I just can't get over the previous chapter, will she always call him dad now? I hope so! Update soon

It looks like talking to Angelo did Ruby some good. She seems much happier already. Charlie is upset that she preferred talking to Angelo and not to her but the main thing is that she finally opened up. Charlie should do the same.

Poor Ava! Charlie really upset her. I hope she'll say sorry soon. I hope we'll get a mother/daughter scene.

I love Ben but I wished he hadn't interrupted Charlie just when she was about to talk to Angelo. I wonder what she was going to say.

That was such a lush chapter!

Ava and Ben are just so cute And Ava putting all the sweets and popcorn and marshmallows into the trolley was soo funny

I'm glad Charlie went swimming at Yabbie Creek, and that Ava was able to give her the strength to go into the pool. What Ava said was soo cute too, bless her.

The sleepover over sounds soo much fun! I want to go! lol.

And Ava putting presents in the trolley for Ben and for Peanut is just so cute as well.
