devon Posted February 21, 2010 Report Share Posted February 21, 2010 Love the Winter Olympics..especially the Luge, Bobsled, Skiing and Ski Jump. Homeandaway_fan1 Posted March 2, 2010 Report Share Posted March 2, 2010 Sweden took 11 medals in this Olympic. 5 gold, 2 silver and 4 bronze The second most sucessful Winter Olympics ever for Sweden. jodlebirger Posted March 8, 2010 Report Share Posted March 8, 2010 Norway took 23 medals in the Winter Games, nine of them gold. A pretty good olympics for us. In Turin 4 years ago, the Norwegians took 19 medals total but only 2 of them were gold. But not so good as the games in 94, 98 and 02 but they were better than you actually can expect though we normally have a lot of snow in the inland, Norway is a little country with only 4.8 mill people. Most medals were taken on snow, a very few on ice. So Norwegians need to be better on ice, and also in all those new sports like snowboardcross etc...
