JosieTash Posted February 18, 2010 Report Share Posted February 18, 2010 My UNOFFICIAL title for this ep, ” What’s In The Box ??? “ [ Screened in Australia on Wed 17 Feb 2010 – Episode # 5013 ] Note – I’ve now add IADL to ep 5012 VAN PARK HOUSE Whilst Mink joins in a chat tween Alf & Miles bout how to best BBQ the steaks, Romeo is listing to music on his headphones and ignoring everyone. After Mink pinches Romeo, he notes she is happy – and he’s a bit worried. RACHEL'S OLD HOUSE Xavier enters his room, and notices the window in open. He looks in his cupboards. One of THOSE shoeboxes is gone!!! LEAH'S HOUSE Next day, although Leah isn’t so keen now on really going out into the world, Miles isn't talking no for an answer. RACHEL'S OLD HOUSE Xavier tells Romeo bout the stolen money. Xavier assures Romeo that he doesn’t think Romeo took it – and both are pretty sure the thief is Mink. NOAH'S When Miles suggest that Leah should talk to Alf she doesn’t necessarily think he’s the best person to speak to. When she DOES talk to Alf, he tells her how his faith etc was restored by knowing ppl [like Aden] can turn their lives around. Leah isn’t sure she’s in the right head space to help Haze, but Alf tells her just being there for him is a good thing. BEACH HOUSE Marsha is surprise when Irene tells her she really misses the diner – as, esp. with Geoff gone & Annie away, threes’ not many ppl in the house, and Irene isn’t one for sitting round doing nothing. RACHEL'S OLD HOUSE As they talk about Mink, Xavier is rather surprised when Romeo admits despite Mink’s apparent craziness, her plans usually turn out for tee best in the end. LEAH'S HOUSE Leah makes a phone call – during tee call, she arranges to see Hazem at the hospital. VAN PARK HOUSE Mink is on the phone booking someoting. She tells the person she is talking to that she can pay in cash. She bails moments after the call ends. Miles is in kitchen, and overhears Romeo & Xavier talk about a box as they enter. When Xavier isn’t too forthcoming with what’s ion the box, miles wonders if it had mags like Playboy in it. Xavier tells Miles it has lotsa [Austin] family photos in it. Miles tell that that Mink left house with a box like the one they are looking for. Xavier & Romeo bail. MAIN BEACH Xavier confronts mink bout the money – and she openly admits she’s already bought herself & Romeo new wetsuits [she’s wearing hers] and she’s hired a car to drive to the city [and shop] with. Xavier is REALLY vehement when he insists she has to take back the things she’s bought dn give him back in the money. Mink mockingly refers to Romeo & esp. Xavier as “ladies”. She aslo comments that XAvier is as dead as his brother AND reminds Xavier he can’t go to the police bout this. NOAH'S With Irene’s still not travelling all that well, Marsha asks all is Irene can do a few shifts here - to tide her over toil diner is open again. Irene loves it when Alf says theta she can works her. Irene also comments that she is kinda missing arguing with colleen over orders. VAN PARK HOUSE After Mink & Xavier verbally clash onc more, Romeo vehemently tell Mink that one day when she pushes ppl ways, they won’t EVER come back. LEAH'S HOUSE Leah is wavering in her resolve to go and see Hazam, but once more, Miles isn’t taking no for an answer – and they both bail. RACHEL'S OLD HOUSE Xaxiere is on his bed with Mink [at window] throws the money [in an envelope] at him. She apologises for what she did – and he suggests she should come into the house [but via the front door]. She agrees. CITY HOSPITAL Leah [flowers in hand] & Miles walk down a corridor til they find Hazam’s room. Leah enters by herself – and Hazem wakes moments later. Leah all but immediately cries – despite Hazem’s insistence things will be ok. RACHEL'S OLD HOUSE After Xavier counts the money, he has a go at Mink. He tell her the ppl who think that are unpredictable/who do shocking tings have a habit of being predictable for that very reason. He calls mink a fake, which she doesn’t like. Indeed, she KISSES Xavier – and suggest he should only speak to her again when he’s REALLY figured her out. Mink bails. NOAH'S After Irene * Alf has difference of opinion about the best way to do things at the bar [incl how to best chop up a pineapple], Alf tells Marsh he has new respect for colleen. CITY HOSPITAL Its night time [nice shot of a full moon to let us know that it’s not day anymore]. Leah tells Hazem bout how she couldn’t leave the house. Hazem insists that is in the past – and they should focus in the future. [END OF EP] PREVIEW Hazem’s family ask Leah to move in with Hazam – to help him out.
