JosieTash Posted July 7, 2009 Report Share Posted July 7, 2009 My UNOFFICIAL title for this ep, ” Not Telling The Whole Truth “ [ Screened in Australia on Mon 6 Jul 09 – Episode # 4891 ] NEAR SURF CLUB Angelo “see though” Hugo’s attempts to cover for Xavier 0 and he rally doesn’t like it when Hugo wonders if he pays for all the damage will this go away. Angelo tells Hugo tat he wants to see Xavier at the station 1st thing morrow. NOAH'S Martha talks to Alf bout how there’s still lots of farm work to do. She then has an uneasy chat with Hugo, but it looks like its given Hugo an idea. He thies to phone Xavier, but has to leave a msg for Xavier to go home as soon as he gets msg. RACHEL'S PLACE Hugo waaaaaaaaaay has a go at xavier for the whole tyre slashing ting – and he tell Xavier tat he’s grounded for a while [doing which time Xavier will be helping Martha at the farm]. PIER DINER Irene talk to Angelo bout the business she inherited form Lou – he suggest tat she either speak to a federal police officer or someone form the tax dept bout what’s going on. After Angelo walks away, May comments to Irene that she s looking for a place to stay. GYM Next day, Hugo enters and talks to Charlie after she finished her work out. She has heard bout what Xavier’s been up to. Charlie agrees to Hugo’s requets for her to talk to Angelo bout this. POLICE STATION Charlie tries to “go in to bat:” for Xavier but Angelo isn’t hearing a word of it. Indeed, he wonders whether she is so interested in this case because she’s slept with Hugo. Charlie doesn’t deny that – but she also doesn’t so anything bout Jarlie when he wonders if she’s been in a ‘ship with Hugo. MARTHA'S FARM Martha, Jai & Xavier are in the patio of the house when Martha instructs them to do 2 coats of paints [on the patio I’m guessing]. After she walks away, Xavier insist to Jai tat being out her doing this work if a better place to be than anywhere near Hugo. RACHEL'S PLACE Angelo arrive looking for Xavier – and doesn’t like tat he is out on the farm. Hugo tire to phon Xavier but it gets to message bank. Angelo insists tat he will go out to the farm and bring Xavier to the station himself – with Hugo top meet them at station. Also, Angelo sees some of Hugo’s dive etc gear and wonders what a partic knife is for – Hugo say tat it’s for scraping barnacles off his boat. PIER DINER When Irene talk to someone who looks like tat are form the tax dept, he affirms tat Irene has to clean out the business’s act [incl paying any previously undeclared taxes etc]. irene is wondering if she’ll have any money left to re start the business – as it doesn’t look like the insurance company will pay up for the boat being scuttled. After that tax dude goes, May speak to Irene – who suggest ta May should ask Angelo if she can move in to his place. MARTHA'S FARM After Jai talk bout the embarrassment of Miles & co fining THAT mag, Xavier responds by saying the in the pat his mum busted him for calling sex hotlines. Xavier ads that he tried to blame Brendan for doing it. Xavier, Jai & esp Martha are surprises when Angelo [in his police car] arrives. POLICE STATION Hugo apologises to Charlie for tying to get her to pressure Angelo elier. May arrives - looking for Angelo, but since he’s out on a job, May bails. Hugo & Charlie agree to have lunch together. FARM Angelo read the riot act to Xavier, and he isn’t that keen when Xavier wonders if Charlie had “sorted tings out”. Angelo takes xavier away on his police car. POLICE Angelo tells Xavier tat a court date has been set for 3 weeks – wit the very real possibility tat Xavier will get community service or time in a detention ctr. Avery interrupts – and Amigo say tat he was to go to an emergency call out. Charlie talks to Xavier, who is pleased tat Charlie hasn’t told Ruby bout this. Charlie “suggests” that Xavier stops this payback campaign – as even she doesn’t approve of what he’s been doing BEACH Angelo speaks to a guy called Ivan Morse [who I think is the guy that Aden did a days’ work for recently]. Ivan shows him bags ^& biogas of abalone shells tat are on the beach. They both suspect at someone is fishing these waters illegally for abalone – esp. since a licence to do so is rather expensive. Angelo is esp. intrigued when Ivan tells him that a pratic type of knife is used for abalone – as it’s the same type of knife tat he asked Hugo bout earlier in this ep. SEAPLANE WHARF Angelo talk to Alf bout what’s happened – and Alf suggest that he should speak to Hugo. May approaches – she is ken to talk to Angelo, but they agree to meet later. SURF CLUB Charlie & Hugo are in Noah’s chatting bout what’s happened. Charlie suggests that trying to split Xavier/Ruby up won’t work – since both are rather headstrong. Charlie & Hugo agree to firmly lecture Xavier and [lesser extent] Ruby. Angelo enter the gym, and when May finishes her work out she ask him of she can move in. she say tat she got planety of notivce form Miles at te VPH bout klet tiome sjlip awy from her. As they entry Noah’s Angelo however is distasted [from answering May’s query] when he sees Hugo & Charlie talking. He comments tat he is worried bout Hugo’s motives. SEAPLANE WHARF [i think] Irene talk to Alf bout the bines tat she inherited. He suggest tat she should ditch any emotion [eg that Aden won't have a job on the trawler if she closes the business] form her decision making process. MARTHA'S FARM Xavier & Jai are in a shed. after talk bout having to do community service etc, Xavier climes a leader and puts the paint can on the old shelves – which clash to the ground. Behind the old shelves is a bag – which Jai & Xavier look inside. The bag has several rifles in it!!!!
