Nicole is in her room crying. Kirsty tries to comfort her but doesn’t get far. Kirsty then uses some of the anger she has towards Trey when he * his dad arrive at the VPH. Trey gives a feeble sounding apology, but Kirsty insist stat he's only doing so to make himself feel better. Kirsty insists that they will be speaking top a lawyer bout this.

Charlie & Angelo are chatting an the diner when May approaches. He thanks Charlie for her suggesto of a restauraunt tat Angelo & May went to. Ruby the approaches – and tells Charlie bout Trey’s short film. Charlie's in agreement with ruby’s comment tat filinmig someone like that without their knowledge is illegal. Ruby & Charlie bail.

Next day, Claudia gets a text msg form lochie to meet him later on today, whilst Annie is still very worried bout Irene [that Donna wanted to kill her]. Irene is glad tat it’s all over. Geoff bails – to go and see Nicole.

At the VPH, miles urges Jai not to take the law into his own hands about trey, whilst Ruby & Geoff tell Nic [who insist that she NOT going to school today] tat they are ”here for her”.

Claudia meets up with Lochie near the beach. She insists tat she is wraith Geoff now – and that she is pregnant to him. Geoff, Ruby & jai overhears Claudia & Lochie fighting – Lochie suggest that the bub is his.

After they arrive at school, Geoff tells Ruby & jai tat he is going home to speak to Claudia. Ruby & jai then listen in as Trey’s dad offer to Martin that Trey will make an apology yo Nic in front of the whole school. Martin sees ruby & co snooping – and “suggest” tat they should get top class.

Annie sees tat Claudia isn’t looking the best. Claudia comment tat she can’t believe that she is fighting with Geoff, just like she used to fight with Lochie. Talk tunns to Nic, with Annie insisting tat Geoff is friends with Nic [and noting moor than that].

At school, Jai & Ruby clash with Trey when they se that he is loving the attention that he is getting form his mates because of the sex tape. Elsewhere at SBH, Mile tells Martin that it’s Nicole’s call whether this public apology at the school by trey goes ahead.

Miles talk top Nic bout the offer. she wants Trey to apologise to her before the whole school – as maybe he’ll feel just as humiliated as she does right now.

Irene tries to convince Colleen tat things aren't as bad as they seem – but colleen is convinced tat she’ll be forever linked to what happened as the film fest tat she organised.

Meanwhile, Charlie is a little surprised when may tells her tat Angelo has “told her everything”, i.e. when Charlie tells May bout Jacks;’ death, May tells Charley tat she was referring to Charlie & Angelo brief ‘ship.

Naturally, Angelo “blasts” Charlie bout the misunderstanding, esp. in light of the news tat he is stationed at the Yabby Creek polis station permanently now. He “suggests” tat they should only have a professional 'ship from now on.

Angelo approaches May at SBH – she agree to let him explain things.

Geoff confronts Claudia bout how he saw her with lochie today. She insists tat she had to meet with him to well and truly tell him that they [Claudia/lochie] are history. There is thought a worried look on Claudia’s face as she kisses Geoff.

Jai is pleased tat Annie is totally ok that he didn't tell her bout the tape of Nic & Trey – as she knows tat jai was trying to protect Nic.

Speaking of whom, she talks to the like of Annie, Ruby * jai at the VPH. Nic tells them that she thinks that there is something seriously wrong with trey – that no amount of apologies and counselling will change. Trey [unbeknownst to Nic & co] overhears some of what Nic said. Nic also tells Ruby & co tat she waaaaaaaaaaaaay wishes that Roman was here.

After Angelo tells May bout what’s happened, she say tat its amazing tat Angelo has been able to stay as sain etc as he has. May however insists that they’ll no more secrets tween them.

Lochie arrive at the beach house. Geoff tells him that she isn’t here, and lochie makes it VERY clear that he believes tat Geoff’s ISN'T the father of Claudia’s child.
