JosieTash Posted March 20, 2009 Report Share Posted March 20, 2009 My UNOFFICIAL title for this ep, “ Joey Comes Out Of The Closet … And Gets Kicked Out Of Home “ [screened in Australia on Thurs, 19 Jan 09 – Episode # 4814] Note – due to various circumstances, this up guide is less detailed that usual. Charlie talk to Rachel at the hospital bout an assault case a few years ago., Rachel recognises Robbo as the b/f of the girl who was attacked [when Charlie shows Rach a photo of him] Next day, at police staurion, Charlie talks to Tanya – a girl that Robbo assaulted a few years ago. Charlie urges her to make an official statement, in light of what robbo has done to Joey. Aden talks to joey near the trawler wharf. When he asked, Joey says that she does miss working on tee boat. A police car pills up nearby -= and Charlie hauls Robbo in the police car. Joey expresses her concerned t9o Charlie that robbo will come after her – but charley tells her tat there is rall hope that they can put Robbo away this time. After the police car drives off, joey comments to Aden that she is still muchl;y worry bout Robbo – and what he will do to her. As Charlie [police station] tries to get Robbo to admit to what he did, Watson enters the room. She quietly tells Charlie that Tanya bailed for the station without signing an offical statemt. Soon after, Charlie admits tat they can’t keep Robbo here as they’ve got no evidence against him. Robbo suggest Charlie that they should go out – tyeh look of disdain form Charlie is priceless. Later, charley tell Joey bout Robbo’s attack on tanya. Joey is still wooried, but Charlie insist she will be her for Joey all the way, At the wharf, Joey & Charlie tell joey’s bro Brett tat Tanya told that police what Robbo told her to say. Beret is against this case [robbo vs. Joey] going to court – but Joey wants it too. She tells him tight it will be hard – esp. in light of the fact tat she is GAY. Beret thinks that joey is talking crazy. Her tell Joey tat if she wants to ruin her life that go ahead – but she can pack her bags and move out of home if she is going to jeep on being wierd. Bret walk way – and joy looks as though she just knew tat this would happen when she told her [homophobic or religious] brother. Martha talk to Alf & miles at Noah’s she has receive tat insurance money in her account – and she says tat she will “just know” what to do with it will she gets a sign. Tony approaches them, and asks for help morrow – he is hoing to ask Rachel to marry him aging. Martha & co looks very pleased. Next day, at diner, toy talk to the like of Martha, miles, Irene, annioe etc bout his plans for net surprise, incl geeing a bracelet that Rachel rally likes [instead orf a ring]. Martha agree to get the 115 roses [the number of says since he 1st proposed I think] that Tony has ordered for a nearby farm – and miles agree to go with her. Later, Mart & Miles are tiling bout the surprise when Rachael walks into the room. They are surprise to see her – and when her comets bout want to go to lunch with Tony, they tell her that he had to go out of ghat somni gym stuff. Rachel & Martha agre to meet up later. Marta & miles are in her Ute driving along a country road when Martha stops car suddenly, she gets out and sees what she thought she saw – the roses that got has fallen out of the back of the Ute and are scattered over the road. Martha phones Tony and tells himtghat bad news. She then sees a “for sale” sign out the front of the farm where Annie & Geoff used to live. You can see that THIS in what Martha is going to use the money for. Tony enters the hospital and borrows some flowers for someone. He then approaches Rachel – and gets down on one knee an proposes. Rachel is overjoyed and accepts. The assemble corwn of meds staff & visitors etc contralto them. It pretty later ay night and belle is working at the paper. Jerry praises her for her work, and gives her an assignment tat it to be done by morrow. Aden arrives and belle tells huimt6aht she will be here much of the night. Aden tries t9o get her to promise for them to spend the w/e together – belle tentatively agrees. When all others are g0mne, belle pops another pill – and we see tat she’s got blots of packets of meds in her drawer. Next day, belle geo to the hospital for the story tat she is work on. She sees jerry & Paula kissing. Jerry is in a hospital gown. Belle then talks to Rachel bout the med stats that she needs. Later belle enters jerry's room, and he says tat he was involved in car crash ands that what belle saw was Paula [who also works at the paper] comforting jerry – when they were kissing. Jerry's wife Linda enters and belle bails. Jery tell his wife it was a 2 car crash – and the other criver is ok. Soon after, Belle talks to jerry in his hospital room. She tells her tat if she can keep his affair a secret, he’s speaking to the boss of the paper for her to become acting editor whilst he is out of action. Bell is tentative bout this – but he thinks she can handle it. Later, bell enters the diner5 and tells Aden & Irene her big news., Irene is worried tat bell will be working even more now, and when she tell Aden what’s happened, he is concerned that she is getting this thee way she has [because she is keep the affair secret]. Belle is working on a story at the coastal news office when she is called in t ether office by Graham, the boss of the paper. He tells her, and the assembled staff, that jerry’s judgment has been off of late – and that he is giving the acting editor job to Paula.
