DINER : As Annie looks at a poster for the memorial service for Dan, Geoff is talking to her. He thinks that she isn’t listening, but she tells him that he said that sally would like Annie to visit her. Annie bails – after telling Geoff that sally will probably just say that same things that Geoff has been.

In kitchen, Roman & Irene observe swaht’s happened. Roman suggests that he might be able to get through to Annie [being not so close to her, like Irene & Geoff are. Irene says tat she will shout Roman lunch is he succeeds.

NEAR SEAPLANE WHARF : Jack & Rory are playing with a ball on the beach. Rory sees Annie walks onto the wharf. He calls out to her, but she ignores him. Rory comets to Jack about how Annie has been this [evasive [ way recently.

SEAPLANE WHARF : As Annie walk along the wharf, she comes across Aden, who REALLY insist that she must remember. Roman approach and sees/hears what’s happening. After Annie walk back towards the shore, Roman “suggest” to Aden that badgering Annie isn’t the best way to win her over.

NOAH’S : Martha & Alf cat about how Martha is going to the city today. Matilda arrives, and Martha tries to convince her to come to – as Martha has to tell Ric & Cass about Dan’s death AND about how Sally knows that Cass is preggers. Martha eventually winds Matilda over.

NEAR SEAPLANE WHARF : Annie is sitt8ng ageist a tree when Roman approach. He sits with her, and tells her that he too got drunk with he was a kid [a 10 yo]. He says that he remembers the taste of having the vomit in his mouth the most. Annie starts to remember what happened. He has a flashback of herself – with Aden beside her ion the beach – being sick.

SURF CLUB : Aden is playing pool and Martha tersely “suggest” that eh should leave. As And is about to bail, Jack [in uniform] enters. He tells Aden that he is being charge with supplying alco to a minor.

AD : AD

SURF CLUB : Morag & Aden enter Noah’s – and Martha gives Aden the backpack that he left behind. Morag comments on Aden saying = for the millionth time – that he didn’t do this.

DNER : After Irene & Annie [at one of the tables] chat about what’s happened, Irene goes into the kitchen. Roman “suggests” that Annie might not be telling the truth about what’s occurred. Irene thinks that Roman is V wrong, but he reminds her that Annie isn’t her normal self at present [with the whole lack of faith thing etc]. Annie’s somewhat sheepish looks add weight to Roman’s theory.

CITY : On a grassy embankment overlooking Bondi beach. Ric & Cass are relaxing in the sun, when a Frisbee lands near their feet. Dana approach and wonders if they like to join in. Ric does, whilst Dana’s friend Carl sits next to Cass.

NOAH’S : Matilda enters and Alf tells her that Martha is just in the store room. Martha approach Matilda, and although Matilda is still not overly keen on seeing Ric right now, Martha isn’t taking no for an answer, they bail.

CITY : Carl tries to have a conversation with Cass, but admits defeat and goes back his Frisbee mates. Ric sits with Cass. She tells him that all the while that Carl was talking to her, all she could think of is “what if he knows tat I’m HIV +” Cass is fighting back tears as she tells RI that he life is never going tube the same again.

NEAR BEACH : Morag approaches Annie - and reminds her that lieing under oath is a criminal offence, but Annie retains her stroy.

DINER : Aden enetrs, and Irene tells him to leave. things get heated. roman & morag try t keep the pece, but Aden injures himself [after he & irene try to manhandle each other]

AD : AD

HOSPITAL : Sam tells Aden about the physio program that she has set up for him [leg is imjured]. aden inists taht roman & morag are his witnesses.

Sam is worried when Jack tells her taht the pioliceman gurading sal's room is being reassigned to the search for a missing kid. jack tells sam that there is no indication that johhny is anywhgere near Bay.

CITY : As Maddie & martha approah Cass & Ric [who are near Bondi], Maddie see a girl [dana] next to ric, snd she tells Martha that she can't do this. Martha then approashes the tbel that Cass & co are at alone.

HOSPITAL : Den is now on crutches, and he wants to sue Irene. morag suggets aginst this, and won;t act legally on his behalf, but he says that she WILL be there [as his witness].

SURF CLUB : Alf puts up a poster for Dan;s memmorial.

CITY : Dana & Carl bails as soon as Martha sist with Cass & Ric. martha tells them about Dan, and taht Sally knows about Cassie's pregnancy. She tells Ric taht Maddie came to city with her

AD : AD

CITY : RIc appraoahes Maddie. he "suggets" that they should talk.

NEAR SEAPLANE WHARF : A silver Audi pulls up, and Amanda & Ryan exit [we see Amanda's shoes before anything esle]. Amanda says, kinda to Ryan, that they are back in teh bay - again !!!
