JosieTash Posted February 16, 2010 Report Share Posted February 16, 2010 My UNOFFICIAL title for this ep, ” Goodbye Geoffrey “ [ Screened in Australia on Fri 12 Feb 2010 – Episode # 5010 ] CHURCH Geoff tells Reverend Elijah that he’s angry ALL the time now, and REALLY doesn’t ant to be that way – i.e. Geoff want to go bask to his old self. Reverend Elijah tell Geoff tat recognising that he has a problem is a BIG 1st step in getting to where he wants to be. Geoff bails. VAN PARK HOUSE Colleen tells Miles how concerned she is for Leah – who just wants to lock herself away from the whole world. LEAH'S HOUSE Mile enters, and talks to Leah bout what’s going on. Leah tells him that Rachel think Leah needs professional help. SEAPLANE WHARF BEACH Geoff looks VERY deep in thought. LEAH'S HOUSE After commenting bout how great Colleen’s casserole is, Miles insists that he & Leah can solve Leah’s problem. Miles bails – but just before he does, he tells Leah “don’t go anywhere”. Soon after, Miles enter. He’s bought with him info that he printed off the Net. After he asked Leah several questions [incl one bout if heading towards the door gets her heart racing], they agree she IS suffering form acrophobia. NOAH'S Liam talks to Marsha bout how much “fun” house hunting is. She wonders if he’d like to help her out on the farm – but when he accepts, she tells him the offer was kinda a joke. Liam is still keen to help. LEAH'S HOUSE Leah isn’t so sure the breathing exercises or listening to whale songs is going to help her sitch, but Miles insists that she should give this a try. MARSHA'S FARM Next day, Lm is attempting to help Marsha fix a fence, but hell’s pretty hopeless. She wonders if he is capable of slicing some brad for their sandwiches for lunch. Marsha isn’t mosking Liam – she’s in a playful/happy mood throughout these scenes with Liam. BEACH HOUSE Geoff tell Irene tat he’s made a BIG decision bout his life – Geoff is going to go O/S to a missionary post and when he returns to Oz, he’s going become a minister. Ruby arrives at the back door and overhears most of what Geoff said to Irene. MARSHA'S FARM Marsha talks to Lima bout how she is trying to get on with her life – even through her last 2 partners have died. Marsha is keen for a distraction and jokingly comments to Liam bout hoping they discover a comet is heading for Earth. Lima has a great way to take Marsha’s mind of her problems – when he reminds etc her that he’s a recovering drug addict. NOAH'S Geoff apologies to Ruby for taking everything out on her. She is keen fog eof to have a big going away party, but she is further shocked when Geoff says he is leaving town TODAY. When ruby wonders what this means for Ruby/’Geoff, he tell her that as much as he want to he with ruby, right now he can’t. They kiss .. not quite their last kiss, but close to it. LEAH'S HOUSE When Miles help her, Leah takes many deep breaths etc, before she opens the door, and goes outride for tee 1st time is “centuries”. NEAR PIER DINER Before Geoff hops on a bus, he promises Irene he will ring Annie soon and tell her what is happening. Ruby tells Geoff she will WAAAAAY miss him. They have that one last kiss, before Geoff gets on tee bus. He goes tot back of the bus and waves to Irene & ruby as it drives. Irene gives ruby a comforting hug. Soon after, Leah & Miles approach the diner. Leah seems to be going very well to this point – but then she starts to9 hyperventilate when she actually sees the diner. MARSHA'S FARM Marsha seriously offers to Liam that he shou8ld stay here at the farm. They kiss – and Liam comments she will probably take back the idea of him moving in. she disagrees, and they kiss some more.
