Formerly Known as FKAJ Posted November 22, 2007 Report Posted November 22, 2007 I know it all ended well, but there's one thing about the result that was unsatisfying - Toadie didn't get Susan off the second charge, which was for leaving the scene of the accident. Her defense against that one was flawless - her view out the back window was blocked by the "For Sale" sticker on the window. Why couldn't Toadie have made a plea bargain that didn't involve pleading guilty to something that even the prosecution shouldn't have been able to deny that she had no control over? She could have pleaded guilty to the first on the condition that the second one was dismissed, which would have logically had some effect on her sentence, regardless of whether she'll ever serve it. I know I shouldn't care about this, but I don't think Toadie did as much as he could have.
