I mean the figures are about 3/5 people will be affected by cancer in their life.... either their own cancer or that of a loved one.... so it happens a LOT in real life. A friend of mine got cancer TWICE last year (in 2 different spots) and both my grandfathers died last year with cancer.... So its not as unrealistic as it may seem.
