  Home and Away: Hits
The third soundtrack was released only in Australia in late 2002. There were rumours that the soundtrack would contain a new rendition of the theme tune to be heard on screen in 2003, but unfortunately this was not the case. However, the CD does include Bec Cartwright's (Haley Smith) debut single, the first cast member to have a track on one of the soundtracks. There is also an enchanced section with the video of this song.

Home and Away : Hits 2
Released in 2003, the fourth soundtrack was numbered as a sequel to Home and Away: Hits. Once again, Bec Cartwright has a track on the album. The cover design matches that of the Hearts Divided video/DVD and novel. The limited edition autograph pack contains six pages which simply have a preprinted cast member's autograph on them. There is no enhanced section on this CD.
