Nimue Posted May 4, 2005 Report Share Posted May 4, 2005 I'd assume its because Becca's 'pregnancy/miscarriage?' storyline would have finished so the writers could easily write her out for a bit...I can her Irene saying "The poor love, needs a change of senery,what with the anniversary of Noah's death coming up as well." to Sally as I type. Plus,there's all that free publicity the show will get if Mr Becca Cartright does well So it makes sense. But it would be funnier if he gets knocked out in the first round! I felt really sorry for her actually as she was only just recovering from her cancer and obviously felt really self conscious.
