Formerly Known as FKAJ Posted February 5, 2008 Report Posted February 5, 2008 Moan: It's just occurring to me how little attention my Dad pays to the Star Trek TNG episodes we've been watching together: he was not shocked by the 1991 season cliffhanger in which a Romulan lookalike of Tasha Yar, the long-dead Enterprise Security Chief, steps out of the shadows. He just didn't remember who she was until I reminded him. Why did I even bother introducing him to Star Trek in the first place? Second Moan: I'm beginning to think that I've become hooked on daytime soaps at the worst possible time: it appears that Brooke and Stephanie may have had their last bitch-fight. Then again, there was a great one between Chelsea and Willow on DooL yesterday, so the art isn't dying out.

I didn't know what I was asked in the letter at the time. I do now. So I did the first paragraph and left it. Then the listening [which I am usually okay at] went terrible! I gave up on it. I didnt understand anything!! On a better note, maths wasnt too bad

It started last night, but I thought it was just an allergic reaction or something, so I didn't care, but today I've been feeling sick pretty much all day. I think I was close to passing out this morning, cause I only managed to get like four hours of sleep, and this morning I felt so dizzy and nauseaus my vision became blurred or everything just went black a couple of times. I hadn't felt like eating much today, and it feels like I'm getting a fever, and breathing is harder than usual probably as a result of both the flu and an allergic reaction. But I kinda have to go to school tomorrow... I just spent hours and hours getting my French assignment ready, which also sucked btw.

You must be contagious because I think I've got the same thing I've had a strange allergy thing all week aswell, which is highly annoying because I hate feeling ill . It doesn't feel like a cold, but it doesn't feel like allergies either. Oh well, at least we're all suffering together .
Eli Posted February 7, 2008 Report Posted February 7, 2008 Yeah, we're quite a miserable bunch I thought it was an allergic reaction because I ate bananas to check if I was still allergic to them, and then when I didn't have a reaction I ate more of them (I hadn't eaten a banana in over ten years!) and then I got a barely noticeable reaction. I started feeling ill later, so I assumed it was a reaction to the bananas, but it doesn't really feel like that at all. I'm pretty sure it's the flu, which sucks. I can't remember the last time I had the flu. Colds, yes, but I hardly ever get the flu. Hopefully I have it under control though. I went home after only one class today, and hopefully I'll be able to get rid of it by tomorrow as I'm going to a education-thingy with my class.
