The DPP - they're still deliberating at this moment in time, but news will come soon.

Thanks for that Dan F.  Would I be right in thinking that the last baby we saw being born on screen was Lucinda born to Billie Ashford back in 2017?

Baby Grace in 2019.

But as you've mentioned her, yes Luc was born in January 2017 (March in UK) which makes her six years old now... just thought I'd put that out there, so that it's clear in everyone's minds, for no particular reason...

Thought in Oz they were still answerable to the Crown as Commonwealth State?

BTW, Dig the "Ninja" emoji lol

Alf's episode count this week:Three.

A couple of great comedy scenes early on with first Justin and Nikau dragging out of John exactly what role he played in the birth, and then Theo and Kirby having to carefully explain to Justin why bursting into Ziggy's room isn't the best idea he's ever had.Theo finally seems to be hitting the panic button where his fangirl's concerned after a gift turns up at his home address.I guess you can give away more than you planned on social media sometimes?

Okay, it seems like Eden remembers pretty much everything except the fact she'd been seeing Cash, up to and including the accident. Not sure what he should make of being filed under "traumatic amnesia", but at least he handled things well after going away and having a break. Nice bonding moment between him and Remi. Unfortunately, Remi then decides to be complete daft by ignoring medical advice...

I was hoping Irene would pull Marilyn into line when she turned up and saw the way she was speaking to Kirby, but instead she just looked a bit bemused.

Monday - I think if Stacey had owned up of her own accord, I'd be more receptive to her pleas for another chance from Xander - but as it is, her first instinct was to try every trick in the book to convince Rose to keep quiet, which I don't think bodes well. I feel bad for Xander; he'd called it quits but it was Stacey's idea to give monogamy a go and yet now she's the one messing him around. Not sure if we're supposed to trust Gabe or not, but either way I feel like things are moving too quickly, for Mackenzie's sake. Fingers crossed that Kirby getting a normal job is the beginning of the end for band-centric storylines.

Tuesday - Mali continues to be pretty likeable and is finding his feet nicely in the Bay (plus he's about 80% less mopey than everyone else in his age bracket) though there appeared to be a bit of tension there with Alf which left me wondering why/where it's going to go. Xander and Stacey were on borrowed time I guess but I did feel sad for both of them and I think she was genuinely regretful. Yay at Karen Dean Karen, Dean's mum being back.

Wednesday - and the gangster stuff resumes. There's something about Cash, Felicity and Tane (or maybe something about me) that just doggedly prevents me from focusing on their scenes for more than 10 seconds at a time - I don't really understand why. Mali and Alf was about the most interesting thing going on: glad the odd tension between them was resolved - seems Alf was wary because he thought Mali might be a River Boy, but reading between the lines, it felt like Mali thought it was something else, hence Alf then thinking Mali had a problem with him. It isn't uncharacteristic of Alf to be wary with newbies, as has been said, so fingers crossed Mali's passed his probation period!

Thursday - A bit of respite from the gangster stuff at least with the long-awaited arrival of the Grommet - some nice scenes here, and I liked John being drafted in to keep Karen occupied, which was a reasonable trade-off for her getting to stay and be there to meet her grandchild. Why is Bree back at work already - feels far too soon? Aww, don't tell me Eden has amnesia and the will-they-won't-they will have to start from scratch... but hang on, she remembers Remi and Bree's relationship but not her stuff with Cash?

Friday - so, looks like Cash really is the only thing Eden can't remember. Ouch - not exactly a ringing endorsement of his vivacious personality. I'm really curious about Theo's stan - did he have anything to do with Heather while she was in town? Obviously she knows where Leah lives because she trashed the place, but I don't recall her and Theo crossing paths. Or could Marilyn have had another organophosphate relapse? Maybe she binned Leah's beetroot-smeared wedding cake to make room in the fridge for the doughnuts...

Oops, I'd completely forgotten about her - she wasn't mentioned in BackToTheBay's list of Births.

That was a fun moment with John putting up the pink balloons and then having to downplay his part in Grommitte's birth.   Then 'boasting' he'd be first to know her name. ?  We and they needed a bit of good news.

So unlike Maz the way she was with Kirby, she is usually so much more understanding than that with  a newbie.   Btw what has happened to the food truck, no news of it when Roo came back, has it vanished into the ethos?

Memory, like I've said, is a funny thing, no-one can say, even specialists, can know what a patient will remember, and if their memory will come back - all of it, some of it or nothing at all.   Bree did remind - no joke intended - Cash lost he his memory due to post traumatic amnesia.  At least Eden hasn't forgotten Cash entirely only their most recent encounters.  All he can do is follow Eden's lead and treat their relationship as being old time lovers but now friends.

Oh Remi, you daft plank. I get it must be very frustrating for him not even to be able to earn a crust by busking, but putting himself  at risk like that and possibly never being able to play again.  That wound looked really nasty.

Oh yes Theo's fangirl - not a joke anymore.   She, definitely female, has a real obsession with him.   OK fans like to know their idols fav colour, food, film etc but you don't straight away order a huge box of donuts to send to their home address with a I ? Theo message on it. How did she know where he lived, I don't think he's put it up anywhere. I'd ask the suppliers if they had the name and address of the sender, if they'd divulge that info that is. He did leave his phone on top of his towel  when he went for his surf which wasn't a good idea.  I've started looking if there is any girl/woman we're seeing more than before.

Well, Theo did the smart thing in asking Rose's advice, although I suspect it won't be as simple as "Ignore her and she'll go away." We get confirmation that Stacey's moved away completely. It looked for a bit like we were going to get some more angst from Xander on the subject but he seemed to have shrugged it off by the end of the episode.Despite him and Remi crossing paths, they didn't manage the bonding over disastrous love lives that Remi had with Cash.

Ah yes, Remi, who's going from daft to dafter. If he hasn't done permanent damage to his hand already, then he could soon by refusing to let it be looked at.But it seems he's another one taking a policy of "Ignore it and it'll go away."

I'm not quite sure what's with Marilyn's attitude towards Kirby, although she can have a rather large officious streak if she's put in charge of anything.(Never give her a whistle...)

Wow Leah has fully recovered after a car crash and a pole stuck through her only a couple of weeks ago lol

Must be a descendant of Rasputin, What with the writers seemingly try to mash her every few years!?
