The picture is of Noah Lawson, who used to live in Summer Bay but he was shot and killed by a crazy woman named Sarah Lewis. The bar was named Noah's after him.

Why does Sally call Alf "Mr Stewart" rather than "Alf".

Is the picture on the wall of the Surf Club Bar of a guy who used to be in Coronation Street (Gail's first husband - can't remember his name) and if it, why?

Yes he does come back again to the bay

after Ric and Jazz go to see him in the city and set him straight. He comes back to the bay to apologise to Belle and to say goodbye and end their relationship on good terms. He then leaves the bay permanently to live with Peter and Amanda in the city.
