Oh, insane. Robbo undercover as a sleep technician, Colby being a bit of a wimp and wondering if Ebony wants to kill him, and Brody throwing out Ben's pancakes. That's grounds for murder right there.

Thanks Red You could say that Ben thought Brody was a flipping tosser for throwing away his pancakes (Ah pancake puns) 😃

Haha, great chapter Steve! I love that Robbo's still trying to hide that he's still a federal agent and that he mixes up his name with Jasmine. And Ben attempting to sell a board to Tori while she's at work and his wife's asleep but no-one supports him! Hilarious. Colby fearing that Ebony's going to kill him because he wouldn't shut up about Bella... yeah, Colby, that's why! And Brody better watch out after he threw Ben's pancakes away at the clinic (as you do), for now he's definitely on his father-in-law's hit list.

"The History Of The Most Dangerous and quick-witted-masterminds of Murder and Crimes Of All Time", what a fascinating book! The police would do well to read it, if Kat's ghost wasn't distracting them from their work! 😄

Love this! Don't worry, I'll be writing up my chapter soon!

Chapter Three

Leah manoeuvred her way through the busy tables at the diner like a robot, just getting through the morning work so she can kick back and look at some more wonderful pictures of her son VJ and Luc, her 'grand-daughter', in Europe.  She missed the two of them so much, but she knew that they had to get out of the Bay, too much painful memories of Luc's dead mother Billie. Leah was just about to whip up a coffee to end John's moaning about teenagers, Alf, teenagers, bad weather, teenagers, and everything else in between when Ben and Maggie had walked in.

"Hey guys, what can I do for you," Leah smiled at the couple. Maggie smiled at her smaller friend. "Just a black coffee, please Leah. I'm still...Uuhh," Maggie suddenly yawned loudly, making a very surprising sound that even Ben looked at her startled. "I'm still feeling a bit tired today..."

"And I'll have one of those pies you were mentioning last week Leah, thank you!" Ben interrupted loudly, yes Maggie was tired, he got that, but he wanted her to stay tired if his plan was to succeed. And a man's gotta eat!

"Oh sorry, Ben, the pies ran out yesterday, sorry." Leah told him. She thought she saw flash in his eye just then, something terribly wrong, something like her former husband Zac had in his eyes before he started sleeping with that writer of his behind Leah's back, though to be fair she could have noticed it a bit earlier, with the whole Sam and even sometimes her old colleague Bianca sharing their bed and Zac doing a lot of moaning while Leah was trying to sleep (Leah always thought he was moving the bed), but then it past and Ben said "That's alright" in a cold, uncharacteristic quiet voice.

Leah noticed that there was something wrong with the two of them and was about to ask them when suddenly, a roar was heard from the back of the diner: "NO LIV! I TOLD YOU BEFORE I WANTED THE DAMN CHOCOLATE CAKE! AARRRGH!"

Leah looked in horror as her roommate and former step-son arsonist Hunter King throw up his table into the air and smashing it into the ground in front of his just as angry-looking girlfriend Olivia. There were shouts of shock and outrage from the rest of the customers as they watched this spectacle. "Hunter, stop!!!" Leah shouted as she ran over to them.

"Just what do you think you're doing?!" John shouted as he joined Leah and Irene in front of Hunter.

"Look here mister!" Irene exclaimed angrily pointing her finger at Hunter. "I don't know what game you think you're playing at but-"

With an annoyed look, Hunter grabbed a spray-can from his bag and sprayed Olivia, Leah, John Irene, and the rest of the closest customers around them, and just like that, everyone's faces became more relaxed and even smiling at the teenager. Hunter grinned as he placed the can in his bag again. It has done miracles for him, for whomever he pointed it at became immediately convinced that he was a good guy and he shouldn't be blamed in the slightest for him stealing from the diner, nearly killing Marilyn in the process and causing the deaths of his own mother and a girl called Denny in the aftermath. So far, he committed three arson attacks, four robberies and eight assaults on people, but with the can, he was still free!

"Ah come on loves, sit down, I'll clear this up for you and then we'll get you some cake" Irene told them, her voice now sweet and happy as she and Leah started to clear up the mess. John and the rest of them returning to their seats.

"You are such as sweetheart, you know" Olivia smiled at her not-so-sane boyfriend as she ruffled his hair like you would with a dog.

"I know," Hunter replied with a grin, his voice now calm now that he got his way.

Ben was not affected by the spray, having held back while everyone surged forwards to see the commotion, and was impressed by this young man. He completely understood the need to unleash some anger and still try and present yourself as a good guy. But all the same though, Ben knew that there was only room for one psychopath in the bay and he still wanted that pie. So maybe it was time to add three more names to his list...

_______________

"So is your dad alright with us just hanging out here?" Raffy asked Coco as the two of them, Ryder and Ty, followed by Raffy's faithful dog Buddy, walked towards the farmhouse.

"Yeah. Why wouldn't he?" Coco asked her best friend as she walked up to the door.

"I don't know, he seemed a bit off the other night," Raffy said, her eyes couldn't help but flash several times towards the big boy, Ty. Raffy decided that she fancied Ty one day, and made some desperate attempts to flirt with him, but nothing seemed to work. If Raffy had known that Ty often spent time staring dreamily at a photo of Ryder on his phone, Raffy would take a hint and walk away, but since she didn't, she was still on the case. "He looked like he was about to burst or something."

Coco shook her head. She knew that often most people in town were afraid of her dad, especially since when they first arrived at the Bay, Ben had plans to turn the entire town into his board-building empire and turn all the inhabitants into his slaves, but things were different now. "He's alright now, trust me," Coco told her friends as she opened the door and walk through. "Ever since coming to the Bay, he's really matured and became a really calm... OH MY GOD WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!"

Alarmed by Coco's dramatic change of voice, the other three ran into the hallway into the living room where she was, and suddenly wished they hadn't. For laying on the couch, desperately grasping for their clothes, were Brody and Ziggy laying naked underneath a blanket on the couch.

"Um, a little privacy please!" Ziggy shouted at her sister while Brody gave a helpless shrug.

Ryder, Raffy and Ty all looked away embarrassed, but Coco refused to give in the argument. "I think you find that this is also my house, and you have a house of your own, so what the hell you're doing here!"

Brody smiled as he buttoned up his shirt. "I've always enjoyed this couch, and besides the farmhouse is way more comfortable." he replied. And also, he hoped to sneak away from Ziggy and have another try with that vegetable-growing patch that he and Evie MacGurie grew all those years ago. He was hoping to add carrot stew to Salt's menu.

"Aren't you worried that Mum and Dad going to catch you one day?" Coco asked them, completely ignoring her earlier statements on her dad to Raffy. For when she got into an argument she ignored all logic if she had to to win it.

"Don't worry little sis," Ziggy stood up and faced her sister, unaware of the irony of calling Coco 'little sis' when Coco was in fact way taller than her. "They're both cool with Brody now, especially with the pancakes he made earlier!"

"Yeah," Brody agreed, still happy that he got the parent's approval. "Ben's not going to be chasing me out of the house anymore!"

__________________________

Ben walked out of the antiques shop he went to buy a perfect jet-black wig. He had already acquired the dresses and shoes from Maggie's closest. He was tempted to walk around with the wig, impersonating his wife's voice, but realised that already walking out of a shop with a woman's wig on his head would attract enough attention. He had a lot to prepare for. Oh yes, he did.

Hope you all enjoyed this!

Haha I loved Hunter with his mind control spray where did you come up with that idea?

Ty dreaming of Ryder while Raffy goes out her way to impress

Zac moving his and Leah's bed while asleep he must have been having dreams of passion about that writer Sam

Too bad Ben missed out on the pies Alf or John look like pie fans I bet it was them who eat them all

I always thought and liked Brody much better when he was the crazy bossy chef Food is his real love So dumping Ziggy over a carrot stew seems reasonable too me

Lets hope Ben has a good memory to remember this hit list of his haha

Well done

Haha, I'm glad you all liked that! I found it much more believable than the idea that Hunter suddenly turned to Saint Hunter like the show want's to pretend. so the idea came to me one night while preparing for this chapter and here we are! 😄

Yeah, I've always been mixed with amusement, fondness and annoyance when he becomes a slightly less aggressive version of Gordan Ramsay in the show, so we can expect more food-crazy Brody, that is if Ben doesn't get him first!

Yup, Ben's the big baddie here. It's funny, because I actually grown to like him, but his rage at the start was something they could have worked from, in my opinion.

Criminal disguises at it's finest! 😂

Thanks Red, Kirsten and Pembie for commenting. I'm glad you enjoyed my wacky ideas.
