Chapter 11

The next day

[Ziggy wakes up on Vincent couch as she smells Eggs and Bacon. Vincent walks over with two plates of egg and bacon on toast]

Ziggy: Did I fall to sleep

Vincent: Yeah you did

[Vincent hands Ziggy her plate]

Ziggy: Thanks

Vincent: Well I don't have the best cooking skills but eat up

[Ziggy and Vincent begin to eat]

Ziggy: This is good

Vincent: Thanks

Ziggy: Mum and dad are going to be so worry

Vincent: Text then and say your fine

Ziggy: Yeah I will

 

[Brody, Maggie and Ben are in the kitchen]

Brody: I waited up all night 

Ben: She didn't come home

Maggie: There no need to worry

Brody: She my wife of course there is

[Maggie phone buzzes it a text from Ziggy]

Maggie: She just texted she said she fell asleep on  Vincent couch and will be home soon

Brody: She better be as I want to spend some time with her

Ben: You will be able to

[Brody is annoyed but hides it]

 

[Vincent and Ziggy are cleaning up in the kitchen]

Vincent: Did you enjoy that

Ziggy: Yeah I did. Are you working today

Vincent: No day off with nothing to do

Ziggy: Well you can hang with me

Vincent: You sure

Ziggy: Yeah I had nothing planned today anyway

Vincent: Ok what do you want to do

Ziggy: Whatever you like

Vincent: How about we stay here and chill

Ziggy: That sounds like a great idea

Vincent: This is nice us hanging out

Ziggy: Yeah it's great

[Ziggy kisses Vincent and he kisses her back]

Chapter 12

[Ziggy and Vincent sits in slience]

Vincent: What happens now

Ziggy: I need to think but I promise to not leaving you hanging for too long

Vincent: That would be nice

[Ziggy gets up and walks out but smiles at Vincent before she leaves]

 

[Ziggy arrives home and sees Maggie]

Maggie: Hey

Ziggy: I need some advice

Maggie: Sure 

Ziggy: Can we talk outside

Maggie: Yeah

 

[Ziggy and Maggie sit outside]

Maggie: What going on

Ziggy: I kissed Vincent

Maggie: What

Ziggy: It just we were chatting and then I kissed him

Maggie: Right and Brody

Ziggy: I'm not telling him

Maggie: He needs to know

Ziggy: It not like this thing going to happen with Vincent

Maggie: Are you sure

Ziggy: No as I falling for Vincent he all I could want in a guy

Maggie: Then tell Brods

Ziggy: Look my feeling for Vincent will go away and Brods never needn't know

Maggie: And if your feeling don't 

Ziggy: Then I will tell Brody myself.

Maggie: Your asking me to keep this from Brody from everyone

Ziggy: Yes until I know where my head at

Maggie: Ok fine

[Maggie looks at Ziggy and she looks back]

Chapter 13

[Ziggy walks into Salt and sees Brody]

Brody: Hey babe

Ziggy: Hey

Brody: So I finally get to see you

Ziggy: Yeah you do.

Brody: You know i'm right don't you

Ziggy: I wasn't 

Brody: He was flirting with my girlfriend

Ziggy: He not flirting and you know it

Brody: Why do you always take his side over mine

Ziggy: I shouldn't come

[Ziggy walks out]

 

[Ziggy walks on the beach and sees Vincent]

Vincent: Hi

Ziggy: Hey

Vincent: Have you made

Ziggy: No I haven't

Vincent: Well maybe you need some more convincing 

Ziggy: Maybe

Vincent: Ever since I first saw you Ziggy I knew you were someone special and after getting to know you I began to fall for you and now i'm in love with you. You and me our time starts now. Say we can be together please

[Ziggy smiles and kisses Vincent]

Vincent: You couldn't give me a hint could

Ziggy: Yes Vincent that a yes

[They walk along the beach arm in arm]

Chapter 14 

6 Weeks later

[Vincent at his house when Ziggy knocks at the door]

Ziggy: Vincent it me

Vincent: Zig come in

[Ziggy walks in]

Ziggy: I got your message is everything alright

Vincent: I have to move back to the city

Ziggy: What, why, what about us

Vincent: My mum in rehab I got a call last night

Ziggy: That horrible. You have to go

Vincent: But I don't want to leave you

Ziggy: She's your mum

Vincent: Well I know I have to be there for her but I want to be with you too. So Ziggy I was wondering if you would come with me

Ziggy: Yes Vincent I will. I better tell Brods the truth and mum and dad that we are leaving today

Vincent: I love you Ziggy Astoni

Ziggy: I Love you more

[Ziggy kisses Vincent]

 

[Ziggy walks in Salt and sees Brody]

Ziggy: You were right

Brody: About

Ziggy: Vincent and me there is something going on

Brody: That what I thought 

Ziggy: I love him

Brody: More then me

Ziggy: Yes I can see a future with him which is why we are leaving the bay

Brody: You don't need to go because of me

Ziggy: His mum in rehab we have to

Brody: I will miss you

Ziggy: Same here goodbye Brody

[Ziggy hugs him]

Brody: Goodbye Ziggy

 

[Ziggy arrives home]

Ziggy: Mum, Dad, Coco

Coco: In the kitchen

[Ziggy walks in and sees Ben, Maggie and Coco there]

Ziggy: I have some news

Ben: What is it

Ziggy: I leaving the bay

Maggie: With Vincent?
Ziggy: Yes

Ben: Rewind two seconds your married to Brody

Ziggy: But I love Vincent

Coco: Does Brods know

Ziggy: He does we said goodbye

Maggie: When are you leaving

Ziggy: Tonight I need to go and pack

Coco: I will help

Maggie: I will miss you Zig

Ziggy: I will miss you guys too

[Ziggy and Coco walk out]

 

5 HOURS LATER

[Ziggy, Vincent, Coco, Ben and Maggie are outside the farmhouse Ben put Ziggy stuff in Vincent car as Coco stands next to Ziggy and Vincent]

Coco: Keep in touch Ziggy

Ziggy: Of course and whenever you need time out you can come stay with us

Coco: Promise

Ziggy: Promise

[Ziggy hugs Coco]

Coco: I really going to miss you

Ziggy: I will miss you too

[Coco looks at Vincent]

Coco: Look after my sister

Vincent: I will I promise

[Coco hugs Vincent]

[Ben walks over to Ziggy]

Ben: Who am I going to surf with now

Ziggy: I'm sure you can teach Coco

Ben: Call me if you need me 

Ziggy: Of course

Ben: Be happy sweetheart

[Ziggy hugs Ben]

Ziggy: I love you dad

Ben: I love you more

[Ben shakes Vincent hand]

Ben: Look after my daughter and be happy ok

Vincent: Yeah I will you are welcome to visit anytime 

Ben: Thanks mate

[Maggie hugs Ziggy and Vincent]

Maggie: I'm going to miss you both

Ziggy: I love you mum

Maggie: I love you too.

[Ziggy smiles]

Maggie: Thanks so much for changing my daughter life and making her so happy

Vincent: Of course and it been my pleasure

[Ziggy looks at Vincent]

Vincent: You ready

Ziggy: For anything as long as I've with you

Vincent: Same

[Vincent kisses Ziggy]

Vincent: I love you

Ziggy: Love you too

Vincent: Lets do this

[Vincent goes in driver side and Ziggy passage they both shut their doors and as Vincent starts driving Ziggy waves to her family and they wave back until the car is gone]
