I think her format for the show has attracted more newer viewers while alienating many old school H&A fans. River Boys etc. Although to be fair, the Braxtons arrived before Lucy was producer. This is why it would be great to get Bevan Lee back to mentor people on the shows history. What is needed is people who are very big fans of the show, or were at some point. The main difference to understand about Susan Bower's role as Executive Producer on Neighbours and Lucy's role as Series Producer on Home and Away, is that Susan overlooked both story and production, while Lucy only overlooks production...
