If you could switch Alf for another original who would it be?

Does anyone else find it interesting that Alf, the sole original character to go the distance, is one of the few original characters (the others being Roo, Celia and Bobby) to have been born and grew up in Summer Bay. 

Ailsa only moved there after she got out of prison and the Fletchers obviously moved in the pilot. I get the feeling Fisher moved to Summer Bay in his 20s/early 30s (when he met Barbara, though I guess they could have met elsewhere and moved to her hometown) and I think it has been said that Floss and Neville only moved to Summer Bay when they retired (though I could be wrong).
