Vinnie was innocent I'm counting characters who spent decent time in jail for crime they committed. And vinnie never came back to bay to start new life after jail.

While I can see Kyle on this, but what did Matt do to be an ex-criminal. I can't remember him doing anything as bad as the things the people on this list did. I also think Angelo and Hugo should be on here.

Matt did a lot of break and enters, he vandalized  the School, he uploaded  a sex tape with Charlotte and went to the crime scene where Josh and Andy were hiding.
