Kyle's probably been wanting to say all that to Brax and Heath for a long time and he finally got his chance.And then he got to drop the bombshell about Aaron, which gives them ample opportunity to say the wrong thing...

I had real problems writing a Dexter and Maddy scene in my last fiction because they were on the show together for nearly a year yet I don't think they ever shared a scene: Maddy had scenes with April and even Romeo and Indi, Dexter had scenes with Spencer and Chris, but each other..? Yet they must have met at some point. Checking, Josh and April did have a scene together when he was in hospital after being shot outside the courthouse.Doesn't seem to have ever met Dexter on screen but if Dexter was working at the hospital at the time then they may have crossed paths.

Its just dawned on me how cruel you are being to Kyle... With him not really feeling part of the family with Brax and Heath, and then to lose Aaron Kyle is back to feeling the outsider. I'm not so sure who has it worse Josh or him? I will go for Kyle.. Sounds as though Josh is starting to seek hellp thanks to Sid.

Eight months since Brax and Heath visted Kyle But  oh boy it was worth the wait and what a unforgettable vist that was for Brax and Heath to find out Kyle was gay.. That very much amused me..

Kyle is acting crazy and now he has told Brax and Heath about his boyfriend Aaron, I wonder how they will react?

I thought it was time for some home truths! Eight months would be a long time to sit and stew about things. His anger is obviously more to do with the loss of Aaron, but I think it was something that he needed to say, and something that Brax and Heath definitely needed to hear. They've both hurt him in their own ways. They need to make amends for that. 'Coming out' to them could sort of be viewed an act of defiance too (a way to show them that he doesn't really care what they think of him). You'll have to wait to see how they react.

Yeah, I have been exceptionally cruel to poor old Kyle. Are you really that surprised?!

Yeah, I thought Josh might be more inclined to trust someone with ties to the Bay, and if I'm honest, I just wanted to have Sid in a story. I always thought he was an interesting character and a very convincing doctor. He worked for this story so he found his way in...

Thanks for this Red! I knew you'd know!  It is hard sometimes to remember whether characters interacted or not. I was thinking of a scene when Dex came to hang out at the Braxton's house and scared Heath (when Casey was still on crutches, I think). Josh would have been living there at the time, I think? But I don't think he was there? So, I couldn't remember them ever being in the same scene. I'm glad you've confirmed that though! In any case, it's a very small town, so you'd imagine they would have run into each other at some stage? Despite that, I'm going to pretend that they didn't

Great Chapter. I'm surprised but glad that Kyle told Heath and Brax that he loved Aaron and that they never treat him right. It was very fair, I can't believe Brax wasn't going to even go see Kyle when he came back from the 'dead'.  I feel that Kyle was very fair in getting mad at Heath, EIGHT MONTHS!!! that's so long not to come and visit your brothers in prison, it must have felt good for kyle to get ti all off his chest. I was shocked when he called himself Kylie, He hates that name and for him to call himself it was gut wrenching although he was been holding onto this for a while now and I guess he just knew that it was time. I wonder how Brax and Heath will react. I really hope that they will expect it or else Kyles heart will be scattered more and it will only make him feel bad about himself.

Thanks Suzza! I'm so glad you enjoyed this chapter and that you picked up on this little detail!  Kyle using the name 'Kylie' (a name that he hates, and which has been used against him in the past) was a way of taking the wind out of Heath's sails. I think people often do that as a self-defence mechanism. You get the insult in first, before the bully can, and then they don't have anything to say. It puts them on the back foot and it's a way of protecting yourself. I think Heath and Brax should both feel very ashamed of themselves! We'll see how they react in the next chapter  Thanks for reading! x

Josh's first stay at Chez Braxton only lasted a few hours, that was during the period when Maddy was hiding Josh in her room, so no, he wasn't around.

Brax and Heath didn't react that well to Kyle being gay.
