Summary: Brody's always had a thing for Phoebe but why did he never go for it? Is Justin the real reason or is something in his past holding him back? If Justin and Phoebe break up will he finally get his chance? Chapter 1: Brody and Phoebe are on the beach together Brody: so how's things with my brother? Phoebe: good Brody: yeah? Phoebe: I don't know Brody: what did he do? Phoebe: nothing? Brody: yeah and I'm suppose to believe that? Phoebe: maybe Brody: come on.. tell me whats wrong? Phoebe: you ever think about how life could be different? what if we made a wrong decision in the past? what if you can fix it? Brody: like what? Phoebe: just stuff Brody: like? Phoebe: like what if I'm not who I'm suppose to be? Brody: what do you mean? your awesome Phoebe: thanks but that's not what I meant Brody: what did you mean? Phoebe: I don't know.. sometimes I just wonder you know? everyone that comes into your life, are they suppose to stay? Brody: if they are good enough Phoebe: what? Brody: nothing Phoebe: no you clearly have something on your mind Brody: so do you! Phoebe: I asked you first Brody: no you didn't Phoebe: just answer me Brody: no you answer me Phoebe: urg your so annoying Brody: join the club Phoebe: haha your not funny Brody: I think I am Phoebe: yeah only you though Brody: nah I think you know I am too Phoebe: maybe Brody: maybe? Phoebe: ok fine, yes, you happy? Brody: very Phoebe: ok lets go back to work now Brody: why you scared I'm going to discover your secrets? Phoebe: maybe I'll discover yours Brody: maybe, we'll see... Tori: hes good, were doing really well actually Brody: I'm glad, hes a good guy Tori: oh I'm glad he has your approval, I'll be sure to tell him Brody: haha Riley beat you too it Tori: oh did he? Brody; yeah Nate never brought into that macho thing but he knew we thought you were being with him then Riley Tori: yeah well you were right Brody: if you tell Justin that he'll hold it over your head forever Tori: which is why this conversation stays in the vault Brody: under lock and key Tori: yep Brody: I'm glad were all happy Tori: are we though?
