I thought it was. This always happens to me, if you register or sign up and then check your mail a couple of minutes after it never seems to come, yet if you wait 15 minutes to half an hour and then check it it's always there. This is what i do now, i used to check a couple of minutes after everytime. I say give it another couple of hours if you want to if it still hasn't came, set up a new one with a new email address if you have two because the chances are that it will never come to your first email address. However, if you want to have an active account now try and set one up with a new address instead of waiting. This way, you will know further down the line when you have your account sorted by another email address whether the email would have got sent to the original email address and if you find out that it didn't then you don't need worry if you find out it did you can just delete it. I will say though, this worked for me but i can't 100% guarrantee that it will work for you, but i'm 80% sure it should work.
