How old would you normally have to be to drive? 17. How old do you have to be in Australia? 16 to get your L's (Drive with someone else) 17 to get your P's (Drive alone) 20 to get your full liscence (I think) 20! That's dead late! I really couldn't imagine having to wait an extra 4 years! I think in the UK you can apply for your license when you're 16....but you can't learn until you're 17.
