Not so much a story but where the show could go to make it more interesting. This is not to be taken seriously. 

2019. Sally returns for big 40th birthday bash. With all the modern characters plus Alf, Josie, Morag, Celia, Irene, Colleen, Carly, Steven and Selina. 

Party at surf club. A mystery person has bought the caravan park, surf club and diner. During the re Union the "peaches theme" starts and the new owner of the surf club etc is revealed: Stacey Mackin walks in saying "business is back in the bay!" 

Everyone is haven't a lovely time until summerbay is hit by a terrorist gang led by Diana Fraser. She always promised to destroy the bay and everyone in it. Two planes crash into the diner and suf club killing all modern characters. 

Mass funeral. Stacey builds new diner, surf club, store and night club "peaches". Celia is horrified by night club until Stacey offers her a managers position at store. Stacey starts having an affair with Steven behind Selinas back. Carly is driven to drink again after the horrifying attacks and bumps in to Dodge who survived the cliff fall. He sells her cocaine and she becomes an addict. Alison comes back and says "u really are a druggie now" Flash back to Bobby and Alison in sea. 

Morag then pimps out Carly to her mega rich friends. Until one client turns out to be a much older Andrew Foley. That's as far as I've got.

Me too! I do find it disrespectful to the families/friends of the victims who died in the 9/11 almost 15 years ago. And not to mention the fact that half of the members on the BTTB forum are probably from the United States where it happened...
