It would be nice too! And see him get some scenes with Dex and April, and see how he reacts to Dex's accident... Maybe I'm wrong, but I'd presume that he'd be aware of Dex's accident due to his regular contact with Gina and John. Yes it's going to be nice to see him, even if it's only for a short visit. Of course he would be aware of Dex's accident. Wonder if he is going to mention Ruby's name and why she did it e.g. cutting the brakes on Indi that caused Dex's accident but it may be unlikely as everyone no longer talk about her anymore since she left to go to prison.
