They both get in tee police car – and they drive off. John tell Angelo ta charley taking Brax away like this is gladly mush more ta he thought would happen. PIER DINER Dex & April discuss a response to Dex’s blog … whoever it was that responded don’t like Dex in drag in the blog. After Dex bails, April talk to Irene. April insist she doesn’t want bt9o be back tother with Xave. POLICE STATION Brax makes a cal to his lawyer. After Brax is taken way to tee cells, Watson asks Charlie what that kiss was like [hence my ep title]. Charlie hopes, with Brax in the lock up, ppl will feel free to start talking bout the recent alcohol theft. NEAR MAIN BEACH NEXT DAY – Casey, as he head to school, is looking like he gong to ditch school – as the wave s are looking great. Gina pulls up in her car, and he au tab he was heading back home to get an assignment. She offers to give him a lift. He eventually accepts. POLICE STATION Cameron Sankster, Brax’s lawyer, arrives. He has a go at Charlie for wasting ppl’s time with silly charges. Charlie is surprised when Cameron comet Brax has a furniture business [in Indonesia I think]. SUMMER BAY HIGH Gina & Casey quickly go their superette ways as soon as they arrive in the corridor. April is keen to spend time with Bianca, but Bianca’s too busy at the moment. SURF CLUB When Angelo makes an accusation against Charlie, she insists ta this [brax arrest] isn’t cos angelo/cahrlie broke up. She also wonders to Angelo why Brax needs a “hot shot” lawyer … whose cliental incl correct cops. SUMMER BAY HIGH Gina puts the class into groups of 3 for a science project. Dex, casei & Xave are in 1 group, whilst April is in with Emily [the girl who’s had a go at her a few tomes recently]. POLICE STATION Charlie is VERY plead hen Watson tells her that thaey7 could nave a solid lead into the allegedly stolen alcohol. VAN PARK Bill Lawson, the former owner of the shop from whish the alcohol came form, tells Charlie that he hit gambling trouble. After his debts mounted up, Brax lent him enough money top pay off those debts. Bill, in turn, gave Brax the alcohol as part repayment of the loan. SUMMER BAY HIGH Xave is keen to start this assignment, but Casey is more keen to head to the beach. Emily has another go at April – who continues to be downtrodden atm. POLICE STATION Cameron talk to Charlie … wonder if she REALLY want ton take him on in court [given all that’s occurred recently tweeny Charlie & Brax]. MAIN BEACH Dex, Casey & Xave chat bout what they should do their asginmet on. As they do so, Casey & Xave begin to bond … because of the car Xave co owns with John. Casey suggest t girls can’t resit the sound of a V8 engine, and dex suggest that THET can be their topic. POLICE STATION Charlie is about to bail when john arrives. He’s got a letter for Brax’s lawyer – thing to sue the surf club. Charlie insist it’s a civil mater, and bails. Watson also isn’t interseted in John’s complaint. HOSPITAL Dex, Casey & Xave ask Sid for physical signs ta a girl is aroused. After he realise they aren’t kidding, he starts telling them examples like ta her cheeks become blushed etc. When he is about to talk about more intimate parts of the body, they remind Sid they have to be able to PROVE their theory. PIER DINER April tell Irene bout the girls about her school, - like Emily – who is picking on her. When April isn’t keen to celebrate her 17th birthday morrow, Irene insists that they are going to celebrate. NEAR SURF CLUB Dex & Xave record the sound of John & Xave;s car at full revs, with Casey operates the stationary car. John & April have no idea what the boys doing. SURF CLUB Charlie sees Brax and insist today wasn’t a waste of time. Charlie knows Brax has a dodgy lawyer – whish mean tat Brax is dodgy too. Brax looks as though he both like AND dislike the way Charlie behaves round him.
