It’s In The Contract “ [ Screened in Australia on Thurs 24 Feb 2011 – Episode # 5238 ] This is part of a 1 hour [catch up] episode SURF CLUB An ambulance officer treats VJ – he’s got concusion. Leah is there – mushly concerned for her son, and whilst no one saw the incident, Angelo is on john’s side, when he tell Heath to get out of the surf club. SUMMER BAY HIGH Liam is playing his guitar when Bianca enters the room. He tells her he’s got to produce some songs soon – or he’ll be in breach of contact. As Bianca bails, she heard Bianca playing a new song. It’s about a woman he’s in love with – and she teaks it to be about her. ANGELO'S RESTAURANT Angelo talks to Miles bout how the restaurant isn’t going well. Miles bails as Charlie arrives. Angelo admits he don’t see what occurred with VJ. Charlie is keen for there NOT to a lynch against the River Boys. SUMMER BAY HIGH Bianca is concerned when she hears more of THAT song – as it appaers to be about a woman named Melinda. Lima insist to her its juts a song. LEAH'S HOUSE VJ isn’t keen when Leah is fussing over him – but leach insists it’s in the contract [of being his mum]. Morag arrives and given Charlie some photos & letters etc that belonged to Ross. Morag blindsides Leah when she mentions at Miles has bought lotsa food for tonight – when Elijah arrives [ie Leah didn’t know]. BEACH Brax * another of the River Boys wolf whistle Charlie as she approaches. They tell her they are surfing here [away from main beach] as here has best wave today. Brax suggest that Charlie is victimizing them for all the bad stuff that’s happens. LEAH'S HOUSE Charlie tells Leah the river boys are sticking to their story bout VJ’s incident. VJ tells Charlie & Leach tat he remembered the incident now …. He wiped out on a wave on his own and hit his head [whish is only now that he’s remembered]. VJ is keen to see Elijah, and although Leah is mixed up bout all this, she doe like how VJ has simplified the equation for her [when he suggests tat she should cook a great meal etc for Elijah]. SUMMER BAY HIGH Liam’s not having the best of luck writing all those songs. When he bails from the room, Bianca can’t help bout look at his laptop. There's songs needed after many girls, incl Nicole. ANGELO'S RESTAURANT Although Angelo wants nothing to do with it, Brax reinforces his offer to help Angelo out. Charlie arrives – tells Brax that VJ remembers everything. Brax wonders if Charlie & Angelo are together, to whish she says it’s none of his business. PIER DINER Leah tells Miles bout the sursise meal she is planing to make Elijah. Leah eventually agrees to only drop the food of at the VPH – as a suspicious Miles suggest Elijah could be jet lagged etc. NEAR MAIN BEACH Bianca confronts Liam bout the songs on his laptop. He’s kinda annoyed she snooped, but wonders jokingly what she'd say if he wrote a song bout Vittorio as well. LEAH'S HOUSE Charlie & Leah are chatting with Brax arrives. Leah isn’t t keen when Brax gives VJ a surfboards [and says the he’s a good surfer]. Brax bails and Leach tells VJ to take the board outside. All the while, Brax is DEF in Charlie’s thoughts = and it’s got nothing to do with police work. SUMMER BAY HIGH Bianca is concerned there’s no song bout her that Liam has written. Liam insist the songs are ALL bout her – it’s a concept album. SURF CLUB Brax, Heath &* some of ten other River Boys are playing pool – not causing any trouble – when John ORDERS them out of the club. Brax insist at john has just made things worse. VAN PARK HOUSE Leah drops off the food she toll miles she would. Morag wonder if Leah would like to stay for dinner, but Leah is keen to bail. Before she gets the chance, Miles arrives …. with Elijah AND his wife Grace and his stepson Tarbo. To say Leah is taken aback is an understatement.
