JosieTash Posted October 29, 2010 Report Share Posted October 29, 2010 My UNOFFICIAL title for this ep, “ April’s Dad “ [ Screened in Australia on Thurs 28 Oct 2010 – Episode # 5194 ] VAN PARK HOUSE Dex EVENTUALLY convinces Romeo & Indi to go on that double date – mostly because Indi wants Dex to be quiet. Btw, before Indi “caved”, Romeo & Indi wonder bout Dex’s feelings of Graves – in light of his previous feelings for Maz & Adrian. COUNCIL CHAMBERS Alf has a pretty heated debate with one of tee councillors. It’s all so they can keep the meeting going – in case John changes his mind. Alf tell April & Xavier at they should be proud of their efforts – no mater what else occurs. VAN PARK HOUSE Even through Romeo * Indi so don’t want to hear them, Dex insist tat her are ground rules for this double date – i.e. everything should focus on Dex/Graves and not on Indi or Romeo. MAIN BEACH April tells Xavier she got an email from her dad. He’s a “full on” environmentalist, and April tells Xavier at her dad is very impressed with her cos of tee bottled water sales ban proposal. April tell Xavier that there is no way a she can email her dad and tell him that things aren’t going so well now [with john not putting fwd the proposal.] Xavier gets a txt msg – sound like GREAT news. COUNCIL CHAMBERS John speaks to tee council = putting fwd the ban proposal, insisting we must rise above petty squabbles. Soon after, the council gives its deliberation. The ban proposal isn’t a goer, but tee water filling stations and recycling bins ting has been approved. April seems pleased at they’ve got somwhere at least – and she & Xavier thank John. ANGELO'S RESTAURANT Angelo & Charlie chat, and they note Robert [nearby[ is keeping an eye on them. Graves arrives – and Roberts comments on her rather sexy dress [i.e. he doesn’t want Dex to get a heart attack etc]. Dex, Indi & Romeo arrive. PIER DINER Xavier & April talk to Gina – trying to get her & John back together – insisting what Gina said to John convinced him to put fwd tee ban proposal to council today. ANGELO'S RESTAURANT When Dex asks Graves her [1st] name, she insists on him calling her Graves. Whilst Dex is interested on their date, Graves seem to be acing Romeo most of et questions – and they’re mostly about how Nic is [re Penn]. Romeo’s had enough – so he says he is going to tee bathroom. Indi heeds off with him. Now that Dex & Graves are alone, they start to connect – on a level at they are both, well, geniuses. Meanwhile, Robert talks to Angelo bout the restaurant [its running cost etc]. Roberts suggest Angelo not being able to pay the loan money back to Penn is a perfect motive murder. Near the bathrooms, Romeo tells Indi this night has all been about Graves asking him bout Penn. Indi makes it clear she thought Graves is interested in Romeo, and she wonders if she’s still in love with Annie. Romeo can’t believe she said that – and they both bail from the restaurant. SEAPLANE WHARF Dex & Graves seem to be REALY connecting … but then she tells him tee truth bout tonight [that iota was all bout getting info form Romeo]. FARM Dex tells Indi that things didn't go well on his date. When he asks Indi for advice about getting ppl to like him, she suggest that he be less quirky [until the person gets used to how unique Dex is]. SURF CLUB Gina thanks John of what he did today. After they chat a Biot, Gina bail – with John looking very optimistic bout tee possibility of get back together with her. ANGELO'S RESTAURANT Robert talks to both Alf & Angelo bout Peen [possible motives etc]. Alf mockingly suggest if Robert is so sure that Alf is guilty, then Robert should arrest him. Alf isn’t surprised when Robert declines. POLICE STATION Robert is a tad surprised Graves is basked already from her date with Dex, but she insists that she completed what she was on date for. After Graves bails, Robert & Charlie verbally clash. He thinks she is compromising tee investigation – so he removes her from working on the [Penn murder] case.
