In the last scene, Irene & Will can’t sleep, and Will tells Irene that he CHEATED on Gypsy - and that is why she left him. BEACH HOUSE Will tell Irene he had a 1 night stand with some woman – in way to make Gypsy interested in him again. He ads at Gypsy wasn’t angry when he told her – she just waled out on him. Will suggest Irene should look after Lily whilst he sorts his life out -= but Irene tell him ta Lily couldn’t deal with losing her other parent. Irene tells will he & lily can stay her til he sorts his life out. POLICE Robert ^& Grave tell Charlie tab they now have forensic evidence shows the amount of blood loss [found in the hotel room] means that the Penn is dead. Robert will re-interview everty1 involved morrow. VPH Its late at night an Nic is still ask, she tells Miles she is woirrd bout morrow. Miles comet on how Cassie got thru this – ands she says at Cass had lotsa ppl supporting her. Miles insist that he will ALWAYSW be there of Nic. Nic still think morrow [waiting for test results] will be the longest days. BEACH NEXT DAY – Robert has just finished surfing when he sees Angelo. Robert [with Graves nearby] is surprised that Charlie hasn’t told Angelo that this is now a murder investigation. Robert tell Angelo to bring in all tee info about the lone Penn gave Angelo for the restaurant. When Angelo has bailed, Robert tells Graves get a warrant foe all of the restaurant’s financail records. BEACH HOUSE Lily is concerned that Irene is going to kink her *& will out, but Irene assure her that’s not the case. Lily also wonders to Will why Gypsy doesn’t want to see/talk to Lily - but he doesn’t really answer her. POLICE When Robert ^ Grave interview Angelo, Robert is surprised the arrangements for the loan are contained in a handful of emails [that Angelo has just given to him]. VPH Alf, Mile & Nic talk bout how Robert is re-intervening everyone involved in the Penn case [as it’s now a murder]. Nic is looking/sounding a LOT more confident that last night – insisting this is the 1st day of the rest of her life. POLICE When Robert asks Angelo if Alf threatened Peen, Anglo tells him Angelo threaten Penn [said he would call the police tat night Peen died if Peen didn’t bail from his eatery]. Sid arrives to be questioned, and as Angelo bails, he tells Sid that Robert “bites.” SURF CLUB After Lily beats Will at pool, she well him she isn’t so keen on going to school her – but he reminds her at VJ will be back in town soon. Miles arrives – and he & will have an awkward chat [nether has heard from Shandi since she left]. Will, Miles & Alf talk bout the Peen case – and how police dolt need a body to know Peen is dead. Will get a phone call from the police – asking him to com to the station. POLICE Robert & Graves interview Will, who gives them very succinct answer ton the question they ask him. Soon after, Alf & Nic arrive, but Robert insist that he doesn’t need to interview Alf AND that since Nic is over 18, she doesn’t need a guardian present when she is being interviewed. BEACH HOUSE Lily talks to Irene. She is worried Will has bailed on her – just like Gypsy did. Will arrives – and Irene “suggests” Will should reassure Lily he isn't going anywhere. Will sits with Lily – and they catch some TV together etc. POLICE As Robert asks Nic various questions, he notes Alf is looking toawrd the interview room [from the main part of the sain] so Robert closes the blinds over the windows. Nic suggest t Peen & Robert would get on VERY well. After Nic bails, Graves comment she likes Nic, and Robert agrees [but adds “as a murderer or a friend?”] VPH Sid arrives and tells Nic [and Alf] that her HIV test is NEGATIVE. Nic tell Sid that she was almost sure they would be positive. Later, Sid, Nic, Alf * Miles are celebrating Nick’s great new when Robert arrives. He’s looking for Maz, but she isn’t here. Alf is surprised Robert KNOWS that he threatened Peen the night Penn died.
